@@mar19562005 Nami’s routine is very similar to many others living alone in Japan, including myself! Although, she may not consider her life very interesting but rather ordinary so it always intrigues me when I read other comments saying how put together and precise her life is! Life like this is pretty standard in Japan so it doesn’t seem very special to me but I like how others appreciate it! Nami also seems to take appreciation in the little things in life and show her gratitude to it. I love how she never takes anything for granted and finds joy in things many others might overlook. I’d say she is an inspiration to anyone! She definitely gives me motivation to do the mundane tasks and chores I need to do after I come home from work. Sorry if my response is long !!

Take time to be in the present moment of your life, meaning breathe!🌺 You are sad or happy... But alive! Take a visit to doctor as it could be your thyroid. Mine is low so medicine and rest is needed, more than others who are not suffering as you are. Can you help others, get out of your focus on your body? See how others go about and appreciate others. I suffer too, but it is because a person needs to have focus on other things, I tried to kill myself, I get it believe me! I suffered trauma, abuse and father who tried to kill me. I am 62 and I daily remind myself it is a lesson that I must learn. God is there in the silence. He is listening and will carry us thru. Nobody lives perfect serene lives. This lady makes a living posting videos of slow moving seemingly zen life. She moves slowly like nothing matters. 😂 That is not reality hun. Only a video to escape your own dissatisfaction emotionally. It is a therapy but only a fake impression of how to be happy. Animals are great stress relief. Go walking to commune with the natural world... Best therapy in the entire world!!!🌺🌷🌺Most of all... Be thankful to who I know as God. 🌹🤍🇨🇦 Put Him first and the blessings come. This video is not reality, it is scripted for viewers to think it is perfect living. Life is not perfect. This is only a phase in your life to teach you patience and persevere trials. You are loved by the creator. 🌹🌹🌹enjoy her vlog but live Your own happy version, not a scripted one. ❤️❤️❤️Hugs love. Amen to your peace and joy. God loves you so be happy. 😘😘
