Well,l start my duty with Inventory checking and update the crash cart in my ward.After finding my allocated patient l take handover from the previously allocated nurse.During that time l try to make an interpersonal relationship with the patient by introducing myself to them.Then l provide medication s on time and assist them for their needs. I attend doctors rounds and do as per their notes.when my shift will over l will give handover to the next shift nurse and leave the ward
