Love how you make the exercises look graceful with your arms, it looks like they're program elements! Will definitely try the arms next time :D x

While jump videos are nice it's usually just "draw in more, elbows in, good posture" etc but I love these basics/foundation/exercises videos because there are all sorts and there's always something to learn! I never knew what those ski glide exercises were called, I just called them C drags in my head haha. We do a version where your eyes follow one hand down, and another version where your arms go from low to 5th position. And instead of exits we call them landing positions or just the "finish"! (: Your posture is so beautiful!! Such an inspiration *_*

I love your videos and this is one that I will definitely use in my warm ups. I need more fancy footwork, not too difficult, but if you have anything that I can use in between elements to make a program look full and artistic, I would really appreciate it. You are extremely graceful on the ice and that is so inspiring. Thank you for your stunning videos and great advice.

Gorgeous!! I already do variations of these warm ups but minus the graceful arms. I'm going to try them tonight when I go to the rink! I'd love to see what your skating gear are! Like what kind of boots and blades you're currently using, you fave brands to wear to the rink, fave skating hacks etc. Oh and a spread eagle & Ina Bauer video and tips for layback and layback variations!
@Sofabar6 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much!!! I have a spread eagle video kzbin.info/www/bejne/mqHVdWWlr6p0gKM BUT I want to make a more in depth video on them, so stay tuned. I will try to make an ina bauer video one day, will be hard since I can't do one! Hahaha However, I will def def do a layback video and a skating gear video ❤️❤️❤️❤️

You have inspired me to start again after 20 years! The last things I could do were single Axel and double sal and loop, just :) I have new skates which hurt like hell but I am ready to go again. I am Prepared to take it very easy though. If I can do forward crossovers without looking like Herman Munster, I will be pleased. Any advice? All the best, Paul

That's so awesome to hear! Glad you started again ❤️ Concentrate on your posture off the ice and try to translate that into the crossovers. Really concentrate on opening your shoulder ups and pulling them down.

I of course think you should have a coach to teach you, so definitely see if you can take some lessons somewhere. ❤️
