Hello! I love, love the oyster au gratin 😭! I rarely eat them, but I love oysters. Your salmon and chicken dishes also look very delicious. I often make minestrone, but I sometimes don't put in the tomato. As you may already know, in Italian "minestrone" is any kind of thick vegetable soup. I also don't use bacon, as I don't eat pork. Instead, I like to put in chicken ball ("tsukune" made for nabe dishes) that I can get at the supermarket. I especially like the big soup cup, it looks rustic and warm. I saw a similar one at a shop called Madu, though I believe yours is original. Thank you for always sharing your wonderful cooking and your "utsuwa"! 🥰
