Blizzard could easily fix that by when seller has item in lower slot and he also type trading price on money slot it wont trade if it doesn't match and if you want trade money than item slot need to be empty.

Because scammers don't rely on the victims stupidity. Scams like these relies on the victim being distracted, in a rush or just on auto-mode (when you trade a lot, it becomes somewhat reflex accepting trades). Ever heard of Jim Browning? He's a youtuber who hacks scammers from India and knows every single scam. He even worked in conjunction with BBC to close down a real scamming call-centre. He recently got scammed and had his yt channel deleted (he got it recovered). But it just goes to show anyone can be scammed whether you're a genius or dumb.
