I agree wit some comments saying that Heatblast should be added as the long range attack and Big Chill as the flying one would be cool, he is one of the favorites. But also if we are talking about trying to squeeze some aliens, i may have some options, one for the game itself and other just for the lols. Maybe having Diamondhead or Ghostfreak as his way of "defense" like, Diamondhead creating a shield and Ghostfreak just standing there being intangible, kinda like the shield in Smash. And for the other three just the presentation, winning animation and losing animation? Maybe he can appear in the arena as XLR8 running, if he wins, he can turn into Fourarms and flex his muscles and if he loses he could turn into The Worst, because...well. Great video as always! I feel like Ben should be made more in line with Shulk from Super Smash Bros, where a certain special move opens a dial to approximately 5 aliens, and while it will require more modelling, it at least allows more aliens to be playable. Also, they could implement a system where after taking a certain amount of damage in battle, Ben unlocks something similar to Master Control, where the dialled alien can stay in that form for as long as they please and can swap without having to turn back into Ben. To me, it feels like this could further show Ben in a game like this and show his growth.

Personally, if we’re only going to have 4 aliens in total I would like to see one alien that represents a specific era of the classic series. A long ranged alien could be heatblast because he was the first alien to be shown. A close ranged alien could be rath because he’s a fan favourite. Ampfibian because I couldn’t think of any other flying alien from alien force that would work. And finally atomix as the ultimate attack because atomix is unanimously considered one of bens strongest transformations. But these were just my first thoughts for what aliens I would like to see in this game

With the same process in mind, my Alien choices would be (3 option each): Close-Range: Four-Arms, Rath, or Bullfrag/Kickinhawk Long-Range: Feedback, Diamondhead, or Swampfire Jump: Big-Chill, Astrodctyl or Stinkfly Ultimate: Alien X, Atomix or Way Big And here's my reasoning, Prime Ben may have 4 series, but really on 3 distinct eras (Classic, UAF, and Omniverse) so if Ben has 3 aliens in his moveset (sans Ultimate) then they really should have one rep for each era. So the lay out would be either Four-Arms/Feedback/Big Chill, Four-Arms/Swampfire/Astrodactyl, Rath/Diamondhead/Astrodactyl, Rath/Feedback/Stinkfly, BForKH/Diamondhead/Stinkfly, or BForKH/Swampfire/Stinkfly. I lean towards the first options as it has the strongest line-up for fans I think. As for why those Aliens in particular, it comes down to who voices them: Four-Arms (in UA and OV), Rath, Bullfrag and Atomix are voiced by John DiMaggio (Jake's actor) Diamondhead and Way Big (OV) are voiced by Eric Bauza (Bugs's actor) Feedback, Kickinhawk, and Alien X are voiced by Yuri Lowenthal (Ben's actor) Stinkfly, Big Chill, Astrodactyl, and Swampfire are voiced by Dee Bradley Baker (who's just kind of a necessary evil to get since he voices all of Ben's fliers and could easily be used for additional voice work and creature voices elsewhere in the game to justify his inclusion. Bonus, he also voices all of Ben's aliens except Rath in UAF (who he voices in the Reboot), so Ben could easily be half Yuri, half Dee and still have all his official voices as another justification for his inclusion) For the Ultimate I lean towards Alien X since it is Ben's best known powerhouse and if they wanted to do a short cutscene like some Smash characters have, Belicus's AF voice (Kevin Conroy) is already on hand and considering Serena's voice changed in each series her voice doesn't matter too much. So there's more fun to be hand.

I'm not sure if Kuro realized or forgot, but Tara is voicing Harley Quinn. I know there's at least one alien she voices in Ben's list of aliens, which could be an optional flying alien along with the temp ability to make enemies sleep, like jigglypuff. Basically combo into flying, sleep dust (dream), then transform into Wrath for the heavy combos.

I feel like switching should solely be reserved for guarding that way people can play normally as their preferred alien. Also, I think the alien choice should be staples from all the series. Rath works for AF, Feedback for Omni, but maybe do Heatblast for OG. Voice actors dont matter as much since Heatblast has been changed around before

I'd swap around the picks, with the flying alien being Big Chill for AF/UA, the melee alien being Four Arms for the OG, and the ranged alien staying as Feedback for OV. Though that would require additional work.

I agree here, we already have UAF and OV most known aliens, but for OS/RB Fans Heatblast may be the best option, I would add a Double Jump with a small glide like how Kuro suggested with astrodactyl

using Smash as a great example, I can see two ways to give Ben a fun way to use his aliens 1. Pokemon trainer. Pick a couple of main aliens to use. Maybe Heatblast (Fire), Feedback (Electric), and... fourarms? humungasaur? Something Strength based 2. Hero. Have a way to select an alien for a short time, but each chance is just a couple of them, there being maybe 3 choices at the time, and 10 aliens total. So you can choose to pick one, or just leave it and wait a little until the aliens cycle

I feel like the hero way is the best way to incorporate 10 aliens as they could be on his menu and each of them have a specific action while is MP bar is his timeout meter. I feel like just having ben use 3-4 different aliens is a cop out.

i could imagine Ben's taunt being the worst or walkatrout and he'll say "Why doesn't this guy do anything!?" and with the Albedo skin he says "Why did Ben scan this guy?" other taunts could have Ben/Albedo tinker with their omnitrix Ben says "I wonder if this is glitched again." and Albedo says "Blasted machine!" and the last taunt has them eat chilli fries Ben says "Hmm I love these so much." and Albedo says "Cursed human habits" but would have a small chance of saying "I think I might actually like these." As for special dialog here's what I thought of Superman Ben: A Kryptonian? If your the last of your species I can scan you and there will will be more. Albedo: You seem powerful mind if I scan you? Steven Universe/Garnet Ben: I wonder what'll happen If I scan you. Albedo: *says the same as Ben but more Albedo like* Iron Giant Ben: I could use Waybig and end this fight now but where's the fun in that? Albedo: Why isn't it letting me turn into Waybig!? Guess I'll have to rely on the other aliens." Jake Ben: You sound a little like Rath. Albedo: Stupid earthling dog! Also I think Ben's neutral special would be the Bio-Feedback pulse blast (for people who don't know the omnitrix has a feature where if someone tries to forcefully remove it it release an energy blast to stop it) Ben would have the omnitrix do it's blast that does great launching damage and protects Ben, the blast itself lasts for a second and while a second may not be long 1 second of a blast that protects you and also damages the opponents is pretty useful however it would require a cool down for balancing and could be assumed that sense Ben is making the Omnitrix do it instead of it doing it by itself it needs to recharge

I actually think that the way you want to implement aliens would be MORE difficult to put into the game. You'd have to keep track of if the player is Ben or an alien, which alien the player is, if the player inputs a command that would transform them, transform them between the different aliens, etc. It sounds like too much to keep track of too, since very simple and common inputs switch you into a different form. That and specific aliens would only really be used for a few specific attacks, such as the double jump, so the VA for that alien wouldn't really be needed, and hiring them would be extra unneeded cost. I think a much better way to implement the aliens would be similar to Shulk in Smash. In Smash, Shulk's neutral B brings up a wheel of his Monado Arts that can be chosen by holding a direction on the thumbstick corresponding to that art. I think having this mechanic for Ben would be the best option, but with the change of it being his down special instead of neutral (I'll get to that). Have him do his down special and it brings up a wheel of 4 aliens that you can freely transform between when selecting them. Having the 4 fighters be representative of different fighting archetypes would be the best and most diverse choice, especially since a lot of fan favorite aliens can be used. Ben himself would be an all-rounder, doing average damage and being average speed. Think of him as sort of the Mario of this "team." Heatblast/Diamondhead would be used as a zoner, shooting out projectiles, while still being able to do quick but weaker attacks up close. Heatblast could even have an additional hit of fire damage on his ranged attack. (These would be their neutral special, hence why down special is the transformation button) Rath/Humongousaur/Kickin Hawk (Not Four Arms, I'll get to him) would be the brawler/bruiser, having slower but much stronger physical attacks, and focusing mostly on punches and KOs. XLR8/Spidermonkey/Fasttrack would be the rushdown character, relying on speed rather than damage. Their actual damage per hit would be lower than Ben, but the speed with which they can attack gives them a much higher DPS. They'd have fast combos that don't launch very far, making it easier for them to pull off a follow up. Finally, Four Arms would be the grappler, focusing on grabbing his opponent, throwing them off stage, and being slow, but also dealing big damage. (His focus on grabs is why he isn't a brawler/bruiser, though he CAN be played like one) ((Rath would also work here, but I think Four Arms visually looks more like a grappler with his, well, four arms)) (((You COULD also make a case for Snare-oh or Wildvine, both having more range for command grabs, but Four Arms is more iconic) As for his ultimate/special attack (if they have them,) I think a nice little scene of him turning into Way Big and crushing the opponent would be a nice way to have another alien, while also keeping it simple for the devs to add in. This would function similarly to certain Final Smash attacks in Smash Ultimate, where if the opponent is at a high enough percentage, it instantly KOs them, while if they're below a certain percent, they just get launched. My personal choices would be Heatblast, Rath, Fasttrack, and Four Arms. (Yes, this has no Omniverse aliens in it, but the final choices aren't mine to decide, those are just my personal biases for who I'd pick from the options available.) I think having 4 fully playable alien transformations provides a better variety, and if players prefer one style over another, they can simply just not transform, while also having a ton of options for mix ups mid fight. Think of them as sort of the Pokémon Trainer of the game where you CAN use all of your options, or you an stay as one transformation (or Pokémon) and use them exclusively. For taunts, you could have Ben fiddling with the Omnitrix, Ben drinking a smoothie (similar to Young Link's milk taunt), Four Arms beating his fists together and maybe saying something like "come at me!," and many more fun little things like that. For alt skins, I agree with the white hoodie, alien force jacket, and Albedo, but I also think Ben 10 Classic can work as a skin, and maybe another referencing Gwen 10, with the orange hair and cat shirt. These don't (and quite frankly shouldn't) use different models (minus the jacket and hoodie alts), since simple color swaps work just fine. Sort of like how Sora in Smash doesn't have completely different models for his KH 1, 2, and 3 outfits, just having a more general color swap, with minor tweaks here and there. (Also I TOTALLY agree with the Albedo alt changing the colors of the aliens. It's not that difficult to do, and would honestly take the devs less than a day to create to textures for) Not to knock your ideas, I think they're great in their own way, but I think that this option would be both more diverse for players, and a better overall representation of Ben as a character, and the franchise as a whole.

In the videogame community is very common for devs to look for the reaction or opinion of fans in certain topics, but not necessarily for gameplay, that's probably the topic they can't see for possible copywright problems. The reason alts exist is to tell who's who when you're playing as the same character, the aliens not having alts seems like a huge oversight. Also they arent different models, just textures I believe. Could be wrong?

What I’d like, is if in the menu, you get to select which aliens to have in your inventory to use in battle like Xenoblade uses modes, Dragon Quest guy uses items, or Pokémon uses characters. I’d hope it’s more streamline so you can switch between aliens mid combo to the point where they have to nerf him from crazy combos people do. In the menu let’s say it’s like being able to select four costumes at once and select them during the fight. This may be unrealistic since they’d have to make a multiple characters just for Ben to use. If anything, mabye just reskins with different stat/hit boxes/special ability. So four arms and XLR8 would have the same basic attacks with different hit boxes, speed, damage, and Mabye a different special. That way they don’t have to make each one completely unique, which would be neat.

I've always liked the idea of choosing 2 or 3 aliens via the Fighters select screen to use in a specific battle, I always thought if someone was gonna make a quality Ben in a fighting game they'd stick to his original 10 aliens for selection (maybe replacing Graymatter with Cannonbolt for obvious reasons), I can also see three different supers for Ben:1st being Waybig, 2nd Omnitrix overload (kinda like Secrets of the Omnitrix, that one time Ben smashed a messed up Omnitrix into Malware and multi-player Protector of Earth sync attack) or just a straight up Master Control combo that includes Ben transforming into all 10 aliens consecutively to pull off a epic attack string (kinda like the special button sequences in the boss battles in his games), they can even leave an easteregg where Ben transforms into each alien depending on apperence order during the super (which means Heatblast would be first, Wildmutt 2nd, Diamondhead 3rd and so on)

I love your idea of 3 alien types (plus Ben), it's a good tradeoff between variety and ease for the devs. If the devs are feeling generous they could have alt skins change the 3 aliens he uses, or just keep it simple like you outlined. They could even add new skins later after release as well Since the format is [melee / ranged / flight / ULT] maybe alt sets could be... - Classic - Fourarms / Heatblast / Stinkfly / Waybig (ULT) - Alien Force - Humungousaur / Chromastone / Goop / Alien X (ULT) - Albedo - Ult. Agreed, the Pokemon trainer route for Ben would be unneccessarily overcomplicated, especially for a free game. The switch mechanic explained by Kuro keeps the combat simple, fast and smooth, without having to create a new transformarion mechanic AND an individual moveset for eqch alien from the ground up.

Why don't they make the types of aliens ben can turn into into perks. Each perk can allow you to use a different set of aliens. That way they can add more groups of aliens for ben at their own rate if they want and satisfies fans by giving more aliens. Ben getting a special slot in perks could be key but i don't know if that would work.

I think that for Ben they should take either the Brawlhalla or Pokemon Trainer approach. In Brawlhalla, before you go into battle, you get to choose which alien you wanna fight with. That way there’s no need to switch between aliens. Or, just do what Smash did with Pokémon trainer and have 3 aliens that you could just switch back and fourth by pressing down special.

I love so many of these ideas! My one nitpick would be that there isn’t enough representation for the original show. Omniverse is a great show, but some fans are only familiar with the original series. I think the best way to represent Ben would be to have each of the four aliens represent each Ben 10 show. Maybe switch Feedback with Heatblast or have the flying alien be Stinkfly. For example, if we used Rath, Feedback, Stinkfly, and Alien X, we’d have one alien for each of the original shows.

I like that you didnt take the Smash Pokemon trainer route. Binding each form to a moveset will feel more fluid and respect the fact that Ben can absolutely switch forms at the drop of a hat. Feels right that they be used for specific reasons. I.e. Need air control, Big chill (my fave flyer). I realize that this may be pushing it, but other possible options could be Diamondhead for guard. Doesnt really work with the dodge to zero out(become ben) thing you suggested, but I think it would be fine (assuming stocks in some form) if Ben was just the spawn form. Maybe if there is a taunt that could be used to zero out. Great vid as always. Keep it up.

Before watching the video: I think a good way to have Ben in the game is something like Shulk from Smash Bros. One of his moves is a selection of 5 different boosts. Ben could have a move where he literally just picks between 5-10 aliens that last a certain amount of time each. And then Ben can of course still fight in human form. If there's a final smash in this game it'd certainly be Alien X, Waybig, or Atomix, or even Ultimate Echo Echo if ultimates are in the game

The way you’ve implemented the aliens is really cool however I think it’d be better if each alien was from each era of the OG series. Four Arms, Jetray, and Feedback would be the best 3 and then for the different colored models they could just use colors of aliens from each series (UAF jacket w Rath colors, Big Chill colors, and Swampfire/Chromastone colors, Omniverse model w OG colors w Way Big colors, Heatblast colors, and Stinkfly colors, and finally a Omniverse model w reboot colors, Humongosaur colors, reboot Diamondhead colors, and reboot Stinkfly colors. Now that the game is already out, my guess for the aliens are: four arms or rath for close combat, heatblast for ranged combat and high movement, diamondhead for suport and way big for the ultimate attack. Given that MV is a team focused game it would make sense to have a suport alien, and since they are planing to add more big body fighters like the iron giant and godzilla, big way would fit right in for a kaiju fight.

I think Stinkfly should be the flying alien. Feedback represents Omniverse, Rath represents UAF, and I thinking using Stinkfly should round out representation for all four series. You can still use 10 year old Ben as a color pallete for Omniverse Ben. Just Change his green on black shirt to his black on white shirt, his brown pants to green, and remove the ten from the chest area. As for the aliens, either they can just change the badge colors, or leave it as is. Contrarily, Albedo could better serve as an echo for Ben, That is, if there are any echoes in the game.

I really like the ideas brought up in this video, as always with Ink Tank, it's very well-researched. If Ben 10 gets added, I'll totally check out the game. But when it comes to the list, I think I'd try playing it closer to the classics. I'd like to see someone like Big Chill, Jetray, or maybe even Ghostfreak/Stinkfly for the flying character? And I think that Way Big should at least be considered for an Ultimate Moveset. Alien X would probably be the most iconic though. Finally, the Feedback idea isn't half bad, but someone like Heatblast or Diamondhead could maybe play to the nostalgia more.

Nice! You’ve got a lot of great ideas and consider a bunch of stuff I wouldn’t have. When you mentioned a fourth ‘final smash’ alien, I was thinking of Way Big as an option - maybe like SSBU Bowser’s final smash as Giga Bowser, or whatever mechanic Multiverses will use :p But seeing some of the stages, it would be a bit of a challenge to fit accurate-size Way Big in. Also, disclaimer that this video is my first time even hearing about Multiverses, but if the player limit is more than 4 people, I see Bad Ben and Nega Ben as the easiest alternate bens to add as alt skins (Nega would be mostly a recolor of the OV hoodie model; or maybe Nega with his hood down, instead of modeling the hood over his head) Mad and Benzarro would probably be the most difficult. Or even go non-canon and give OV ben a properly sized classic ben shirt. I’ve never heard of this game before, but if Ben Tennyson is in the roster that is the single deciding factor for me playing it.

So while I like this, I have some ideas that I think could work a little better. 1. For switching I think doing combos might be a little complicated for both coding and playing. A simpler option I think could be like Pokemon trainer from smash Bros. You would start as a Ben but when you press down B (or wtv control works best for the game) you switch between aliens. It's a lot simpler and makes switching more practical as you don't have to perform certain combos in the middle of the match, it'd just be the press of a button 2. Rath and feedback make perfect sense for the aliens but I don't like any the picks you suggested for the fliers. Ben unlocks new aliens every series and when being incorporated into something like this I think it's important to represent every series. Rath and feedback are perfect for OV and AF/UA reps but we still need a classic rep. And for that I nominate Stinkfly. He'd be a fun and fairly iconic pick. I don't know about voice actors though.

As far as your first point is concerned, I think you're misunderstanding what Kuro pitched. It's actually much more work to make a Pokemon Trainer style character than the idea Kuro presented. The closest Smash equivalent to Ben in this scenario would actually be Byleth. Similar to how using a certain set of moves switches Byleth's weapons, using different moves on Ben would switch his aliens. If Multiversus uses the same control scheme as Smash, then it would be something like, Side attacks - Rath Neutral attacks - Feedback Up attacks - Astrodactyl The only difference is that the model doesn't change back to Ben after each attack is finished.

Personally, I’d make Ben work like Pokémon Trainer, where he can turn into aliens and use their moves. He then has a timer that goes down. I’d choose Aliens from each generation, Heatblast, Rath, Feedback, and while not an ultimate anymore I think Humongosaur would work as a representation of UA. I thought Ampfibian but I didn’t want powers to overlap with Feedback who has to be part of the roster. An ultimate move like a Final Smash would be Atomix’s Nuclear Winner or Alien X making that black hole or throwing the opponent into a planet. However, if they use reboot Ben, which I think would be most likely. The aliens would be Heatblast, Four Arms, Shockrock and Diamondhead. The ultimate would be WayBig’s laser blast. Alternate skins: For Omniverse Ben: OV Ben Hoodie, UAF, OS Ben shirt, and Albedo. Reboot Ben: Classic black and white shirt, his OV hoodie he wore, Ben 10,000 costume, and a Gen Rex costume.

I feel like a good way to implement ben 10 is by him having a play style similar to shulk, he has a wheel of abilities that can enhance his normal abilities. like ben should be something like that except with aliens, for shulk he has his jump buff, they could do this but with crash hopper, shulk has speed, they could use xlr8, defense, canon bolt, smash, four arms or humongasuar. And they could substitute buster for mid/ long range for either heat blast more preferably swampfire. And i think for his super they should do a scene where ben is hitting the enemy with different aliens than a final attack from either feedback or way big for more dramatic affect. And if they wanna skip out on the different character designs for each alien they could use ben 10,000,i hope they don't do this but it would be the easier option

With how you laid out things, I think Big Chill and Atomix would be the best picks because it give the player a character that doesn't have another primarily red/orange alien or primarily black alien. As for the Albedo reskin, I personally like Ultimate Alien Force version of him better for this because it still gives "evil twin" vibes yet give Albedo more control over if he wants to look like a negative reflection came to life or not. Having the flying character be Big Chill, it would be cool to be able to phase through any platforms or opponents above you. I agree with a lot of others that using one character from each series would be a good idea. (That would mean no Big Chill, or else a different close combat alien) A lot of people suggested Heatblast for the ranged instead of Feedback, but perhaps Diamond Head would work too, since technically Heatblast can fly as well.

I still believe that the best way to do it is to use the perk system to Ben's advantage. It allows for a more complex character than just being limited to 3-4 aliens. We still don't know how in-depth the perk system will be, but there are unique perks tailored to every character as shown in the trailer. With that, have classic Ben and Ben's original 10 aliens as a perk slot, and you choose which alien you want to transform into in your loadout in the main menu. That way, you transform into that one alien during the match itself, with your special ability being the Omnitrix, but you get to choose which one out of 10 that you would like to play as. AF/OV cosmetics would be included as well, but the main focus is on the original 10. It's in the name, and it's the start of his journey and the franchise, which IMO is far more important than where he ended up towards the end of the franchise.

In my opinion for the transformation system, they can make it so when you press Neutral Special or a special move, a UI in the screen will come up, showing 3-4 aliens to transform into. After you transform, there will be a long cooldown in order to transform into some other alien or back to Ben.

This would my idea for omniverse Ben's moveset. Standard attack: Triple punch cumbo, or punch twice, and a kick. If you hold the attack button, you'll use XLR8 for a quick kick combo. Up tilt: Ben can do a kick up in the air, or use Kickin' hawk as a kick. Side tilt: Ben can do a spin kick, or use wildvine as a vine whip. Down tilt: a sweep kick, or an XLR8 tail sweep. I would choose these aliens 1) Dimond head / shock squash( can't decide which one I prefer): close combat 2) swamp fire : ranged (maybe he can have a healing ability) 3) crash Hopper / bull frag : mobility alien ( I think that instead of flying or hovering a double jump/ high jump would be better) 4) ultimate move : i'd have way big step on the map ...

I would want them to either create their own design, or use the omniverse Ben. Alternate costumes for 15 year old jacket Ben, white hoodie, black t shirt and maybe an Albedo palette swap? These would look great in the style of the game.

I think they should do it like in the brawlhalla x Ben 10 crossover where there were three characters, heatblast, four arms and diamond head. And for eg. When you would run, it would show and animation and transform quickly into cannonbolt, turn into a ball and run and transform back into the charcter you were playing as Edit: I hadn't watched the full video so I didn't know he would mention the points I said

It’s a great thing that I have already started making up Ben and his aliens Moveset since last year. I have so many ideas for Ben’s Aliens Moveset and his own but, to keep it short I think Ben will have a combination of Shulk’s Monado Art and Pokemon Trainer switching Pokémon during battle for his transformation into whatever Aliens the player pick for (if there is an option so all players can pick any of Ben’s arsenal). I still have that idea in my notes it’s a bit much but, that’s how much effort and dedication for any Characters to be in a platform game to become more interesting and different. #Ben10forMultiversus

This was a lot of great consideration! And really respectful of y’all not just to ask for a character but give some ideas for incorporation. Honestly, great picks for aliens, and I think if those were the aliens in the game they’d all be great (probably choose Jetray as the flyer and Alien X as the final with your selection). If I were to do my own selection, I’d probably replace Feedback with Chromastone, Rath with Gravattack, and one of the flyers with Heatblast. But the list presented definitely takes into consideration iconicity a lot better than I am!👍🏾 Loving all the increase in InkTank content outside the breakdowns!

ok a easier way to switch aliens you could hold down joy stick + (button on your controller/keyboard) you could switch to alien 1 do it again for alien 2 and 3 to switch back to ben just do the control to switch after alien 3. (this is in my opinion)

Honestly I’d prefer the flying alien to be stink fly just to give classic some love. Wrath for Alien force/ultimate alien era, Feed back for Omniverse era, stink fly for classic era. Just seem to get more coverage that way. Also admittedly if they want to give an alien to the reboot over classic :( they could use the reboot version of stink fly if that makes modeling/hit boxes easier.

I think how it would work is when ever you push a specific button combo you turn into a alien like A down attack could be cannon bolt spinning around and whenever a opponent is in it they would take damage

for the transformations, there should be a cooldown for turning into each alien. Like a 5 second or more cooldown period. Because i feel that if there isnt one, it'll be very easy for more experienced smash players to be able to use the aliens one after the other and it would be way to OP. for the aliens id pick Rath for Alien Force, Feedback for Omniverse, and Stinkfly for the OG Ben 10 with the Ult being Alien X seeing as how Alien X is the most powerful alien we've seen and its the most popular one when you use ben in a Vs Battle

You're assuming the aliens make you stronger than a regular attack. Think of it this way. If you look at Mario in Smash Bros, you could change the animations for each of his moves to be a Ben 10 alien. When he uses his fireball, it would turn him into Heatblast. When he uses his tornado aerial attack, he would be Terraspin. You could do this for all of Mario's moves, but not change the damage or functionality at all. Would that make Mario too strong? No, because he would play exactly the same as before. You just take this concept, and create Ben from scratch, with the moves turning him into an Alien, but not making any of the moves(Transformations) particularly stronger than any other character.

@@Medbread yeah but whats the point of having ben turn into aliens if they all do the same damage. the point of having so many aliens is that rath would be the melee so he would do alot of burst damage, feedback being the range would do more damage as a range unit rather than close up and the fly alien would be inbetween. if they all do the same damage, then theres no point having different aliens

@@Taco_4828 Sure there is. Look at Byleth from Smash bros. All of her moves are regular moves, but each direction uses a different weapon. Down attacks use Amyr, the axe, which is really strong, but really slow. Side attacks use Areadbhar, the spear, which has a ton of range and come out fast. Neutral attacks use Failnaught, the bow, which function as projectiles. The rest of her kit uses the Sword of Creation for various purposes. These are all just regular moves, but since Byleth has so many different types of weapons in one kit, she can be fast and quick to strike with her side attacks when she needs to, and when the enemy is at high percents, she can secure the kill with her down attacks. If she's at a disadvantage up close, she can keep them away with her neutral attacks. It would be the same with Ben. He would be the most well-rounded character in the game.

I think the way Ben was handled in the previous game was perfect, let him transform for whatever move and then he reverts back to human after the move set is done They should use Ben 10,000, he has all the powers in his base form and the only thing they would need to model is a temporary hologram

A "stance" character (in regular fighting game terms) with 10 stances sounds absolutely wild, but I love it. It would certainly be a hell of a feat to make though, probably not really feasible.

I believe they should keep a dial that has a selection of either 3 Aliens the player can choose with each alien being in classes. Heavy (Hits harder but slow like Iron Giant): Fourarms, Humungosaur, Cannonbolt, Wrath Light (quicker combos for less damage): XLR8, Echo Echo, Chamalien or Fast-Track Ranged (Can take enemies on from a far distance): Feedback, Diamondhead, Amphibian, WaterHazard Now I know this is a short range of characters, however what they should do is do the same route as Cosmic destructiong, where players can pre-select the aliens they want to use, giving a sense of being Ben 10. Please note that choosing Aliens are only for Cosmetic and Animation choices. They do not offer any bonus since they are divided into classes.
