If the tattoos had been removed along with replacing the shirtless look and the crocodile pattern coat with a more traditional purple joker suit then it would’ve looked much better as a costume, the teeth work because it connects to the story of Batfleck punching Leto Joker’s teeth out so they have to be replaced
