Until I asked her to be my girl -- which she declined. Ayun. Basted. From then on, I found this song very tricky because it does not tell whether love will move towards you or away from you. I guess what makes me love Nina's voice is how relaxing and soulful she drops each word with its accent kaya hindi sya mahigitan when she sings these songs compared to others. Others can hit high notes and do better but it's no compare to Nina's version. There's something in the way she pronounces and drops each word soulfully and effortlessly. There is the absence of 'trying hard' and her facial expressions will surely press on your heart.
