Through the years ive learned to astral project through sleep paralysis and lucid dreaming. When i experience sleep paralysis these days i know that ill either lucid dream or astral project. Im currently trying to learn how to induce my sleep paralysis so im able to project at will or simply have more control. Anyways if you were able to lucid dream your definitely close to astal protecting. I know you posted this comment awhile ago, but good luck to you. My first projections were rough and it felt like i would get caught in an undertoe of a wave. Btw i know for myself during a full moon its alot easier to project and during that time i have a difficulties at times staying in my body.

Omg please read my comments. I was sleeping to this music. I found myself in a condominium, when i inhale and hold my breathe im able to travel further wherever i want in the other dimension. When i breathe normal, i stopped. I was in the place of shopping mall, restaurant and etc etc. And suddenly when I decided to come back to my body. I used to astral travel. I found it exciting a little daunting but also very special. Until I looked into the face of a demon. I was shocked to the core, the fear was indescribable. My spirit (I wasnt a professing Christian) yelled out "JESUS". Immediately I felt myself put back into my body, sat up straight and with my physical eyes saw two blue orbs hovering above my bed. Once I realized what I was seeing, both orbs shot away and I didn't see them anymore. I was intrigued by My spirit calling out to Jesus. I prayed to God. I realised if God is real, then I owe him everything. As he is then the creator of this world and the giver of life. So that night I gave my life to god and I asked him if he was real to show me truth. My astral experiences in hindsight, were filled with deception. I hear voices saying nice things, but sounding horrid etc. Eventually I came to find that Jesus not only saved me when I came into close contact with the demon. But he really is THE saviour, the truth and the way. Not long after I sought to be baptised to Jesus Christ. I asked for forgiveness for having gone my own way throughout life, with all the respective consequences. And I laid my astral travelling before God. I did not want to offend God, as until then, I thought these experiences might have been given to me by God. So I prayed, God, if it isn't you, then I never want to experience out of body ever again. ONLY IF IT IS YOU LORD do I ever want to experience it again. And guess what. It's been 3 years since my baptism and it never happened again. I now have come to understand that it wasnt God touching me and causing the electric sensations that helped me leave my body. It is demonic. However lovely some of the experiences were. They are pure deception, alluring you to think yourself as being a higher being in a higher spiritual consciousness etc. And you do not need to humble yourself. But the truth is you do. And the one you need to bow down to is Jesus Christ himself. The spiritual entities/Angel's will take you straight to hell when they get the chance. And they will do so shining radiantly, with beautiful colours etc. Dont be surprised. The bible warns us, Lucifer disguises himself as an angel of light. I dont know why I was allowed to see the behind of the facade of that demon. But I thank God for it. I thank God that my spiritual eyes have truly been opened. Be blessed and keep safe everyone. Thank you,did this to-day and went into deep relaxation sooner than I expected,the mantra sounded very good in mind,a flash of white light in my mind for a second happened. I fell asleep about 20 minutes later,woke up and could still feel the mantra effects in my mind still with the mantra playing. I will continue with this as obviously positive effect are happening which can only lead to positive results,I also noticed it as a very calming effect upon the self. Thank you and many blessings.

Very weird I haven't yet had an obe. I had one hand hanging off the bed since I was so close to the end and while in deep meditation I guess I don't know if I fell asleep but my hand jumped right back to my side and off of the edge of the bed it was weird but it might have been just like a twitch

Hi. Nothing wrong, sometimes it is just matter of regular practice. For some it works at first attempt and for some it might take a few extra attempts. Keep trying. Just one little suggestion. Make sure your surroundings are neat while trying this. I mean a well cleaned room, with things not messed up here and there.
