The online application is open, but you cannot apply for the programs as they are deactivated. Before they activate everything, you can use this time to study the eligibility criteria, documents required and read the the call to application.

@@JamesKyara-gl1wb you can ask your school to prepare an English language proficiency certificate where your school states that you completed the education in English and it's the medium of instruction at your school. This would apply if the university you're applying to, has B2 requirements for English but if they demand anything higher or directly ask you for IELTS or TOEFL or Duolingo or any other exam, then you'd have to give that exam

Hey there! I am applying for the stipendium hungaricum scholarship for the third time. Can you please clear a confusion for me , i choose 2 Universities and the first University asks me for a motivation letter of 1500 to 2500 words and the other university asks for 3000 to 3500 words. I wrote both the motivation letters. Now all i want to ask you is that do i have upload another motivation letter in document section which is more than 3000 or 3500 words, ya aisay kaam chal jayaiga! The motivation letter requires 1500 to 4000 characters , not words . Hopefully this helps.

Missing documents can only be certificate, language proficiency and Passport and are only applicable under certain circumstances, if any of these documents are not available now, you will need to upload a declaration in their place in the checklist section of the application untill you get the applications.
