I understand that it was prepared by Hillsdale College (I may be wrong) but it was a handbook prepared that summarizes all the governmental departments that the President has authority over. It explains there function and responsibilities of each department, how many employees and makes recommendations to streamline and clean up the departments. Trump went in blind when he was president and allowed too many Obama appointees to remain. This book will help him understand what the departments do and how to clean and streamline them. He has final say. He had nothing to do with the project and I don't think it will be given to him until and if he is reelected. He needs to have such a summary. Actually, I don't think we will have the election. I feel Biden will be removed (whether by illness, death or otherwise) and she will be sworn in as president. Then either war and attacks on US and Marshall law will be evoked and then she is in indefinitely. Hope I'm wrong but DEMS will not allow him in again.
