I've seen every one of his videos, as a sub for just over a year. He does more good for people than anyone else I follow in the industry. Free tows, free mechanic work, bought folks food and kept them warm, for nothing other than being a good human being. But I've watched him flip his switch real quick like in this one. If he had yanked the guy out and the driver drive off and kill someone it would be George on the hook for it, for knowingly helping an impaired person do what whatever was done. If he caused a fatality, you can bet your house George would be included in the lawsuit. Same thing applies to a cashier at a gas station. Good call on his part. Ain't the first time he's refused.

Some one will want compensation for the van . Some one will complain about the fuel , antifreeze , oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid. Yadda yadda yadda . some one in his line of work should know that the remedy in this situation is to call local Police. Sheriff or Highway Patrol 🚓 to send out a unit to ascertain the drivers sobriety . In the meantime , tow the van past the high tide mark, keeping the keys . Once the officer has made his determination as to whether the guy is impaired , sober or suffering motor problems due to illness , fatigue or disability . we have to take each 'crime' , poor word choice., each interaction, considering the particular or extenuating circumstances . Rarely is anything absolute or cut & dry . Life is navigating a constant series of gray areas . Our judges don't pay much attention to the "whys" as the "what's" and that is the most important factor !!! Even worse is our prosecutors .

The reason the dog bit you is because the way animals think, they count on their humans for being in control so the dog doesn’t have to do so. The dogs were able to realize that their owner (the drunk guy) was not in control.. when this happens the dogs feel like they have to now be in control and it’s just wayyy too much for a dog to take on… since the guy wasn’t listening to you when you approached and in using your voice you got loud Again not saying you did anything wrong just explaining how this played out…therefore the dog felt like there was a confrontation in which he needed to protect his owner. Not making excuses for the dog or the drunk but just letting you realize what happened and I’m glad you didn’t shoot the dog. I get it, I have been bit before by a dog and it did make me want to shoot that dog being angry at that moment. So the dogs probably went to the dog impound, if his truck probably got towed by another tow company and impounded if the cops ended up coming and if the guy had the keys in the ignition I’m not sure about other states but here in Georgia he would’ve gotten a DUI. Otherwise I am glad you didn’t allow a situation where he was back out on the road driving while drunk.
