I have watched melody of the golden age and it is not only a very romantic drama but also a great crime investigation drama. The balance of comedy, serious situations and romantic scenes of the couple are just excellent. the acting delivered by ancy deng and ding yuxi is very remarkable and anyone can binge on it and overall it is a great drama .If you have not watched this yet I recommend it to you go ahead you will have attachment issues with this sweet drama.💝

Almost immediately in The rise of Ning , you are told they aren't siblings! the "brother" is aware very early on and she doesn't see him other than that until she knows differently. Its a very sweet story. I know you are after views but you are turning people off of some good shows

Love in Nirvana tried to hard to be like Love Like the Galaxy and it was a waste of two fine actors. I am not a fan of Li Landy at all. She acts to immature for the roles she has been cast in but come on Jeremy Tsui and Ren in the same show was viewer heaven. The story line I felt was a mash up of a lot of different shows and repackaged and renamed. So will have to agree to disagree with this one. I also think Ren is saved from his permanent scowling face through his leading ladies. He's been lucky so far with his leading ladies casting but when it's someone like Landy then he fails and it's hard to imagine the romance between them. Where as with Bai Lui it's there right from the start. My favourite actress Wu Jinyan has knocked it out of the park with her roles this year. The Double is my choice for show of the year followed very closely by Kill me Love me. She was phenomenal in them both and the only reason I pick Double is she was playing two parts and nailed them. The Duke that so many were hung up on because of the age gap nailed that performance and the chemistry between the two of them was hot but then seeing her with the lead in KMLM they set the screen on fire. That was most definitely an adult show. The most powerful scene in the show was when she played that instrument. Others complained again and said that the CGI ruined it either haven't truly listened while watching or they themselves do not understand the hypocrisy in that entire episode. Here they all stand the elite of society and their spoilt off spring who bully their way through life looking down on those less fortunate. The sign says school of integrity, which is supposed to stand for the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles that refuse to change: No one ever doubts those at the same level as them those with the wealth to buy their innocence. Yet they despise and have to destroy and kill those they view as a threat to their life when no threat is there just someone who has worked hard to achieve what they have and knowing that just one wrong word and it could all come tumbling down but with that scene she poured out all her sorrow and pain and the fate in which she was dealt all she and Jiang Li had suffered through at the hands of those who should have loved and protected them. The emotions needed to be shown to match the music and in this they did succeed. Two men one was deemed an upright well respected scholar the other a very frightening Duke who ruled with an iron fist yet he was more feared than the scholar She met both married one who she thought loved her but he tried to kill her and then buried her but she was still alive. While the other helped her over and over again aided in her revenge and in doing so set her free and this is a love built through pain suffering and acceptance they knew each others weaknesses but it never stopped them doing the right thing. When the real monsters are finally shown it's not a relief for those who've suffered so much but a closure so they can carry on with what's left of the life they tried to destroy in any way they could and for what ?? This for me is the drama of the year 2024

@@suzannebaxter2888 agree 💯 regarding Love of Nirvana. I couldnt stand Landy Li at all, she cant act, period. Allen Ren is so overrated, I cant believe that he has such a large fan base. The only one of the lead actors I could stand was Jeremy Xu.. Happy to hear that he wont retire from acting. And dont get me started with the story, aaaaaaargh

Love of Nirvana from midle to end and the end itself was soooooo disappoint that I regreted watching it. The FL suddenly became a puppet, writers totally @&&#[® with her character. The story really had it all to be top 2024 and they just ]&#&# everything up!!! But Great Cast! The double.. The FL was just as said.. The same as other roles. The rise of Ning is full of plots. But in the last episode she stills calling him SPOILER "brother" is ridiculous as the finale.
