The leading person is the personality type (or enneatype) number 8, when we carry out a personality study through the enneagram. I am going to explain to you in broad strokes what this personality style is like and we will see some examples of famous people who fit perfectly into this enneatype. In this way, you will be able to identify it in someone in your close circle. Or maybe in yourself. Is it possible that your personality type is that of the leader person?

The profile of the leader person (that is, the number 8 personality type of the enneagram) is that of the powerful, expansive, dictatorial and destructive person.
It belongs to the triad of relating. And it is precisely the one that is most connected to his ability to relate to the environment. You tend to have a hard time relating to others because you want to dominate everyone in your circle. You feel like you can get what you want. He can become an aggressive person, without becoming brutal, and he is so in his fight to survive and to protect and defend those he loves.
His effect on his environment tends to be either highly beneficial or quite the opposite, but he is a person who has an impact.
We are going to see exactly how we will recognize a leader in his different stages of integration or disintegration.
