Thanks for this list, Sebastian! I still haven't tried any Zara fragrances, and they have so many that it feels overwhelming. This gives me a great place to start. I wonder if Zara changed their minds regarding the marketing of those vanilla fragrances? Fragrantica has them listed as unisex. Of course, fragrantica gets things wrong all the time, but it does have me curious.

For Him Intense = YSL La Nuit D’Homme. Maybe it’s my PH, but I’ve sprayed it on my forearm in the evening, went to sleep, took a shower in the morning, I could still smell it. Just extraordinary. Hi-Lo Summer another parfume that was a pleasant find.

I see on the European Zara site that there are two new releases. Maybe one is a re-release. Not sure. They are *VIBRANT LEATHER WINTER* and *VIBRANT LEATHER WINTER BOGOSS* Vibrant Leather Bogoss has a cognac-note in the base. Maybe can be interesting.

I think it’s their marketing ploy they keep cranking out good ones and bad ones and some of the people that find the good ones will end up with it then they run out of it and by the time they go back to buy another it’s already gone and there’s more so it probably brings people into the store. Not 100% but I kind of feel like it might be.

They are a fast fashion house that offers fragrances, not a fragrance house and they rotate their fragrances seasonally the same way they rotate out the rest of their inventory. When they have their end of season sales everything goes including seasonal fragrance. Popular items stay. The brand offers an affordable interpretation on whats trendy in high fashion. Most of their clothing and accessories are inspired by designer/runway and its the same for the fragrances which is why a lot of them come off as “clones”. They mimic whats popular in the designer world. This is also why they often bring back old fragrances in new packaging to match their “new collection”.

You have to decide on longevity yourself. I don’t have your skin test it out. Figure it out not my job to tell you how long it’s gonna last when I don’t even know what your skin is like. If it’s beast mode, I’ll let you know. Otherwise it’s all moderate give or take
