I agree, it frustrates me to see these goat homestead so anxious for the baby to come out the minute they see a bubble they are head first in there to start pulling it out!!! Then some is so hands off on their goat births that the baby is laying there in the sac and they just sit there and wonder if its alive and im yelling through the phone saying to tear the sac open and get moving on getting the baby’s airways clear and get it breathing!!! Thats why I love watching this channel Crystal is amazing with her heard. I learned a lot from this channel its more than a Blessing to me!!!

I know it’s been a rough goat birthing year for you but for me personally, I have learned both the good , the disappointing, and the scary part of raising goats as I’ve watched this year and that is a real eye opener. Shoot and that doesn’t really include the “choring” part of it or making cheeses...or showing...I’ve exposed my granddaughters to your videos this year hoping they could see the importance of owning farm animals, loving them, and the care needed to make it work with as few problems as possible...Lilly, the most interested of the two is watching carefully and grasping quite a bit of information...thank you so much for taking the time out of your more than busy life to share your experiences. Oh, I've had to reach in and turn a bent leg, I felt so bad but there was nothing else to do. We typically got more bucks than does too. We don't raise goaties anymore but we will always love them. Nice job!
