I worked alongside an MLB instructor for a couple years and have been working with Coach Lisle for the last 4, before he got big time, and your video right here is some of the best, solid fundamentals, I've heard from anybody else. The players you work with, and the ones that watch these videos, are very blessed to see how it's done the right way. Keep on rockin' my man!

Your tips make a difference. Kids with better fundamentals at a younger age make coaching more rewarding as time goes on. Thank you.

Disagree with swing mechanics. Keep it simple for young guys. They waste too much time trying to load then stride. It’s too complicated. They should stride and swing through the ball. They should also swing down and through. Being a coach at 9u I’ve noticed kids trying to uppercut the ball. They miss and swing out of their cleats. Keep the swing short and simple. As they progress they will change their mechanics. Always swing down on the ball. The best hitters in the history of baseball were down and through. We were taught that as young players.
