The one Doctor is talking about is Mohammad Jabata not Aliy Jabata. The latter is his brother and in shaa Allaah upon the correct aqeedah of Ahlu Sunnah Waljamaha.

Actually, the one in Question is Muhammad bn Aliy Jabata. His brother that's upon sunnah is Shaykh Abdullah bn Aliy Jabata. Their father is Aliy Jabata
