Eric is just so darn likeable it's almost criminal. It's a good thing he has chosen to use his skills for good, because he could really wreak some havoc. Loved the content, the food looked delicious and the dishes were so creative. Hats off to the chef/owner and I hope his business is very successful! The car was gorgeous, too, and it was cool to see so much of it.

Fruits usually only cause oral allergies (ie mouth itching, mild tongue swelling) and/or hives. So not particularly dangerous and in some situations arguably worth the risk. 😂 If you’re anaphylactically allergic to something, you’ll either know for sure or have no clue, rarely (if not ever?) a “maybe”

As a fellow foodie with food allergies as well (shellfish, nuts) I have to agree that it's not good to do if you're in fact allergic. A mild reaction to a certain food in the past doesn't mean that it will continue to be that way in the future. But I will get off my soap box now!
