We love Dr Gundry, his way is far too ahead of times such that every "qualified" person whether a nutritionist, cardiac specialist, family physician or even oncologist dismisses it right away without bothering to see underlying science or evidence. I am not following Dr Gundry's recommendations to the T, yet following it wherever possible. Even following him about 15% has helped me considerably.

I think my gout comes from my diet: lots of spenich, celery, advacados, radishes, artichoke hearts, broccoli, C8 MCT oil, mother's venigar, pecans, macadamia nuts, olive oil, goat and sheep cheese and 1lbs of gress feed beef. I do take tart cherry pills and celery seed pills does help to lessen my gout pain. I push a mile a day in a wheelchair. My weight last May was 250lbs and now I'm 190lbs. I’m intensely curious to learn any research The doctors or even the commenters have come across about the differences in human racial types who came about during human evolution and how those differences were responses to different kinds of revolutionary pressures (e.g. white skin being more cold resistant than dark skin; dark skin being far more ultraviolet resistant than white skin) Specifically, what kind of pressures did changing food sources cause the earliest type of humans who were “Africoid“ which are found throughout the world differ when other racial types of humanity emerged in a different region, say the type of dark skin human that is aboriginal to what we now call Australia? How much of the research that’s been done correlates to these different types of humans? Are the differences dramatic, meaning totally different or are the differences statistically insignificant, suggesting that the revolutionary change impacted humanity at a stage where the living/culture/environmental pressures made humanity ubiquitous and homogeneous (suggesting that this evolutionarily biomarker happened before human beings had different racial types. I know questions like these are absolute third rail electrocution/lightning rod type of topics given how human origins, genetics and of course race is so political of a discussion. However, science should be above that and the very health of different types of humans depends on our ability to be honest about how different types of human should address their types of health. We University recognize that women’s health is different than men’s health. Could the same thing he said about racial differences or are they so minuscule that a majority of the recommendations could apply to all of humanity.

If you are dehydrated after excercise like shaking and feeling chills you can drink straigt vinegar from a pickle jar.

norms for blood levels are the normal deviation from the mean in the sick population that is tested and not the healthy population not tested. therefor every chemistry analizer will create its own norm values based on its tested population. the difference can be across the road at another hospital. It can also mean two analizers in the same lab might have differing normal values. that just the way it has to be.

My Uric acid levels have been under 5 for years. I know that I had become dehydrated in the days leading up to covid playing sport and not drinking enough water and covid itself made the dehydration worse. I assume the likely scenario is that my uric acid level shot up to 7.0 which caused the crystalisation and now is back down to 4.5 (recent blood test).
