WARNING! Wood Chipper (BBT9000) Must do addition carbon monoxide health hazard...

When I use this chipper it's usually for a few hours at a time, I realised I was getting a headache and getting lathargic afterwards as I was breathing large amounts of carbon monoxide that was building up around work area specially bending down to pick up branches very close to the engine, strongly recommend this exhaust extension, I will also contact the supplier to see if they can modify this flawed design.

I didn't see your message earlier... the inlet funel shoot is 450x350mm and reduces to the twin cutting wheel which is 300mm x 150mm which in my opinion is a decent size for most chipping, I have now used this machine a few times and I'm very happy with it.

not a big fan working with metal (not that skilled). is it OK to add a rubber pipe/hose and clamp it on instead?

A rubber pipe will probably melt I have seen flexible metal exhaust hoses I'm sure you could easily rig one of those on an the original exhaust outlet is in the wrong spot, this is what I'm thinking of but make sure it's the right diameter, cheers Sorry I can't upload the right link but google flexible metal exhaust pipe 👍
