I live in Fresno and I have seen a wolfape before. Once in the country side. It was in the middle of the night and I was with my little brother. The ambient light was just enough to see the shape and facial structure. To me, the face looks exactly like a cat and the body was very hairy but shaped like a human with fingers and claws. It was crouching looking directly at us. I seen it and told my brother what the heck is that? He looked at it directly too. We all stared at each other for what seemed like forever til my brother decided to spit at it. As soon as he does, the creature ran off with such speed that all we were able to see was the wake of the grass behind the creature. Till this day, we don't know what the heck we saw...

When you talked about the flannel man, I had a flashback to my early childhood! I'm 70 years old and when I was a child, still sleeping in a crib (maybe 3 or 4) I remember waking up in the middle of the night, looking over at my brother sleeping and seeing what I thought was my dad sitting on the side of his bed, he was wearing a red and black flannel shirt. Not sure why that fact sticks in my head. I said "daddy?" he turned his head and looked at me and raised his finger to his lips to shush me. Then turned back to my brother and raised a huge knife over his head like he was going to stab my brother! I SCREAMED!! He disappeared and when my mother and father came running in, I wanted nothing to do with my dad, which was unusual for me. I remember this as clearly as if it happened yesterday. This story just brought it flooding back.

My husband saw a "night crawler" as a kid when he was camping with a friend. When we first saw the Fresno video he said "that's I saw when I was camping with my friend!" He told me about that encounter when we first met back in 1997 and I was spooked as heck. This took place in Maryland. Edit: I talked to my husband today and I forgot that he saw it multiple times, so he will write it down so I can send it to What lurks beneath.

I had an experience with a flannel shirt ghost back in 2004 or 2005. I was staying at a family members house in Warren Michigan. It was about 1-2 am and I could not sleep so I was watching TV. Something in my peripheral vision caught my attention. I turned and looked, there was a flannel shirt floating in the air where it would be if worn by a person. I saw no head or limbs, just the shirt. It was translucent and was visible for about 20 seconds. I just shrugged and went back to watching TV until I could sleep. I never saw the flannel ghost again but it was strange

I've had lots of experiences over the years, especially when I was younger. As I've gotten older I've tuned it all out and kind of forgot I used to have weird experiences. I hang my laundry to let it air dry regularly, sometimes on the curtain rod above my closet. Recently I was sitting in bed at night, watching TV and getting ready to sleep when my clothes hangers all suddenly started swinging like something had walked by them. Mind you, I live alone and the closet is in a corner with no drafts, hallways or anything like that. It spooked me a bit but I figured hey, I can live with a prankster. So long as I'm not being hurt, haunted or assaulted I'm good lol but it was creepy for a day or two lol

Turns out the therapist and doc said its not mental illness and suggested I work on mental walls I can put up and take down as I chose. My life has been much better. I hated walking through a store and seeing people with half their heads missing, or see a creepy guy staring me down from the hallway. I can sense when a ghost is in a home. I usually let my walls down to get a read on the spirit, mainly to see if it's there to cause problems or not. I have had malevolent and benevolent spirits in my life. I can usually get away with just talking to them saying " I know you're here and as long as you behave I won't bother you."

I saw someone say something similar about dogman recently, that maybe the reason they have such evil looking smiles and like to peer in through windows at people is just because they are really unfortunate looking by nature and really want to play fetch or something. But people see their terrifying smiles and see them through windows and get terrified. So dogmans feelings are just perpetually hurt.

You know The Smiling Man? Ingrid Cole? The guy everyone sees that has just a very creepily large smile they perceive to be evil? I like to think hes just a hapless alien desperate to get to know a human for his research, and knows that we smile when we are happy and mean no harm and want to be friendly to each other so he puts on the biggest smile he can but yet all his encounters end in the human running for their life. I imagine he can't figure out what he could be doing wrong and at this point he can't possibly smile any bigger and is quite confused. Lol poor Smiling Man!

Stupid wandering kids die annually at Yosemite. I knew of one who fell to his death at age 16; his idiot friend also fell but hit a tree, and landed in bushes. He only survived after covering himself from the cold with leaves and pine needles. My two goofball nephews also got themselves lost on the way to Half Dome. They survived only when another off trail hiker found them after spending the night cold with no water or food.

The only ghost I've ever seen wore a flannel shirt just like in the story. My wife (then girlfriend) and I were sleeping at her grandmother's house in the room where her grandfather passed away from cancer. I woke up to a figure with a big belly wearing a red flannel shirt and big brown beard standing next to the bed looking down at us. I didn't look up high enough to see his face. I closed my eyes and it was gone when I opened them again. I described what I saw to my wife and her grandmother in the morning, her grandmother showing me a picture of her late husband wearing the exact flannel shirt and a big brown beard that she kept beside her in her own room. I've been in houses with strange noises and footsteps, but that was the only ghost I've actually ever seen.

I’ve visited Yosemite twice when I was a girl and pre-teen. The first time I visited, I remember staying in a little cabin with my mom, sister and grandma. Behind the cabins was a little creek, with a group of deer. I can’t remember the name of the lodge, but it was a well-known one, with a large cafeteria lodge to eat nearby. Some of my uncles went, as well as a male cousin (same age as my younger brother), but all the men stayed in a tent at the campsite. The second time I went to Yosemite, I remember rafting down an icy river near some campsites, which was the runoff from the melting snow (it was Spring). It was a smooth and leisurely ride. In that same river, I jumped right in (yet somehow I tolerated the frigid water). I swam under the surface, until I touched the bottom (it was shallow, fortunately) and actually felt a large tree trunk, covered in algae. Off I n the distance from this particular area, I had a “bird’s eye view” of half-dome, where an avalanche happened to be occurring! At that particular moment I wished for binoculars, but I could see pine trees splintering from falling rocks. The sound was akin to lightning, but it was the sound from tumbling rocks and shattering trees. Anyway, maybe a day or two later, we went hiking near this area. It had guard rails and was steep and the tour guide explained a couple died there from a recent avalanche. I’m not sure if it was the same one I recently witnessed and why we were even hiking near there anyway, but there was grey rock dust covering everything in site! I hope to visit Yosemite again, but with my dog. Apparently there’s dog friendly lodging and trails.

I don't know about "Flannel man" in Yosemite, but I do know about some very strange things in my village Chitina(About 250 miles outside of Anchorage.), Alaska and in my people's area in the Copper River valley. I am half Athabascan from the Ahtna region and I have seen some very weird things in the Alaskan wilderness. Over 2,000 people go missing up here every single year which is a staggering number considering we only have about 700,000 people. I used to think the "Bush Indian"(Like a Sasquatch but 9-10 feet tall.) was just some nonsense that my grandma Rose and the elders would tell us to scare us. Until one night the mother of my child and I went for a drive in Chitina and were crossing the bridge going over the Mighty Copper River at around 11pm in the summer time. In Alaska it never gets all the way dark in summer and we could clearly see this Tse'Eni(In my peoples tongue.) taking Salmon from a fish wheel until it looked up at us realizing it had been spotted. From that night on my mind is wide open to a lot of things. We also lived in a house in Copper Center that was haunted(We found out later that a man had killed himself there.), but that is a whole other story. I'm 6'2 and 275lbs and built like a defensive lineman and I now realize that I am no match for some of these undiscovered creatures that live in our Forests.(Not to mention Bears.)

In my opinion, the ONLY reason Yosemite released the names of the missing is because David Paulidis has written CanAm Missing 411 books and lists those who have gone missing who fit a very specific profile. One thing we hear from these incidents is the hikers are always knowledgeable and experienced. The older folks and children have certain health issues, diabetes, heart issues, etc.

Really spot on research and storytelling! My 2¢ about the deer heads is that they were gifts (food) maybe from a Squatch, maybe a Pale Crawler like the other guys saw out there. Doubt it was a S***walker if it took off down a steep cliff. I've only heard/read about walkers running away on flat land (most of the time attacking) whereas a Crawler tends to be timid and literally can run up a wall, on all fours. Also have heard granite boulders, cliffs, etc often have paranormal phenomena attached to them. Possible homes for Huldufólk, gnomes and earthy Fae. Of course this is all complete conjecture...

Not real sure what kind of food a human being cld get especially out of a Deer head honestly. Knowing that Deer is a favorite to many Predators you wld diffenately think 🤔that Sasquatch are smart enough to know that there's nothing nutritional about the head of any animal. More like a Trophy for the Killer of such an animal otherwise I just don't see the value of such a "Gift". Though it would most diffenately promote fear to most of those who undoubtedly came across such a thing being outside though. 🤔

If something leaves you a deer head, that should be taken as a warning to get out of here. Not as a gift. Nothing but death awaits you here. A few stories I've heard of Hunters chased out of the woods and they will find a killed deer by their truck. Like here you came for this take it and leave.

I've got a story about something that I've experienced in my life that to me gives credence and proof to the stories that people talk about different creatures in the world. There are Nephilim of many different varieties. This is a bloodline passed down from the Fallen Angels through the Giants and different Nephilim and Cryptids that were born and or created in the past and they are still here and they are still alive and breeding. I'm close to 65 years old now, and when I was 9 years old I went with my mother and my stepfather and brother to Arizona to visit an uncle of mine, my step father's brother and his family. My uncle's wife had dark hair and a dark complexion, a short woman who looked pretty good I guess. They had a son which was about my age which I was playing with in the backyard. I noticed that he had six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot. We were barefoot playing in the grass. The whole family was in the backyard at this time and when I made comment of this, the mother brought into the conversation with my mother that they were considering surgery for the boy to remove a digit off of each hand and foot surgically. As a nine-year-old, my understanding of course about events in the world and prejudices in the world was limited. I saw no reason or even the understanding that something was wrong with somebody having 6 digits on each hand and foot. I thought it was very interesting, and thought that perhaps that this was a thing that happened in the world and was quite normal maybe. Anyway my response was, "Hey, why do that, with six fingers you should be able to play the guitar pretty good." They kind of laughed nervously, and I didn't understand the source of their concern. Anyway, that is pretty much my story, that to me proves that in the world there is still a passing-down of DNA of the Nephilim into the people that we have on this world. It is my belief that my uncle's wife was a descendant of the Indian tribes in the Arizona territory, and that there had been a mixing of DNA of the Nephilim and the Indians in the past. I had never heard of any of these kind of traits in my stepfather's family who were from the Mississippi area. Well, God bless everyone. I wish you all the best in the future that we have coming.

Wow, I put on this episode because I live kind of near Yosemite and I have gone there pretty often. I live on 6 acres in rural Eastern Fresno County and have had some strange things happen in the time I have lived here. However, this is the first I've heard of the creatures in Watts Valley. Watts Valley Cemetery is about 3 miles from my place as the crow flies. I have been out that way in the daytime many times but never at night. I was told that my property is magical and that there are fairies. I was of course skeptical at first but some of my animals have gone missing mysteriously, and one night I absolutely saw a spirit cross the road in front of my car. Of course, I was by myself and didn't have a dash cam at that time. I know that all of this land was originally Native land and I often wonder if a lot of it is cursed. I am so glad to have found your channel, and I am currently binge watching all your episodes! Also, I make sure to always have a dash cam on when I drive and my phone or camera when I'm on the property.

They are invisible to the naked eye and I only caught sight of it due to the fog that was present in the early morning and the fact that I was using a flashlight to guide me. it passed across the path in front of me and looked right at me before vanishing into ... nothing. no, I had not been drinking, what was the scariest part was it seemed to recognize and be aware that I could see it before it disappeared.

I have seen the flannel/red and black checked shirt ghost when I was a child of about 11 or 12. My parents had gone out for a few minutes and I was home alone with our dog. Funny thing was that the dog saw him too and barked like crazy. I wasn't particularly frightened even though I was aware that it wasn't a real man. This happened in New Zealand back in the 60's

I spent the summers of my childhood in the 1960's in Yosemite and Bass Lake when Bass Lake had water that you could swim in. The last trip there the lake shore was covered with brown foam. I always loved going to Yosemite, stopping in the turnouts and throwing peanuts and circus peanuts to the squirrels and the Blue Jays, swimming in the streams and drinking my fill of the most delicious water I have tasted even to this day. I am a water snob as I tell people. I never saw anything but I often felt I was being watched. Two of my cousins went hiking in Yosemite back country a few years in a row. They were special education teachers and had their summers free. As far as I know never had any experiences.

So you probably drank the water from Fern springs at the tiny turnout along the valley floor? I lived & worked in Yosemite for a few years & me and a buddy took a day to drive down to Bass lake & each rented a canoe. He started splashing me with his paddle and one thing led to another until I just decided to sink his ass lol. When we returned to canoe rental place, laughing all the way of course, the guy asked where the other canoe was. "It sank" 🙃😅😂🤣 which was true 😭

@@jeffb.i.5574 I don't remember which it was. It ran through the campground we usually stayed at. The pyrite in the water didn't bother me it was so good. There is a picture of me standing next to a park entrance sign when I was 3 or 4 and a Bambi size fawn walked up behind me as the picture was taken. One year at Bass Lake a singer, song writer, actor who was THE heart throb of the teen scene Bobby Sherman was there camped just across the road on his honeymoon in a brand new Winnebago motor home when they first became widely popular. It seemed the water spigot by his spot was the only one working that week because there was a steady stream of young girls getting water there. The stories are endless. Such a fun childhood. One year we listened to the radio on our way home to LA as the congress took roll call vote to impeach President Nixon. The next day he resigned from office and the next I watched him leave on the helicopter. So many stories, I will stop bugging you now!!! LOL

I corresponded with John Keel in the last years of his life. He wrote a lot of books that I poured over when I was a lot younger. I wonder about these phantom people. They might actually be some being that takes the appearance of someone and not be a ghost. Some of these disappearances might be initiated by people being lured by something that takes the appearance of someone trustworthy. Can you imagine a predator that can take the appearance of a park ranger or someone known to the victim? The dogman/werewolf and bigfoot are harder to explain. It is hard to explain the lack of bodies unless they are grabbed and dragged off somewhere like a cave or other underground place. And there is always the chance that some of these missing people are alive somewhere else.

I ran ahead of my father and his girlfriend and stopped to watch these very large boulders moving, I look up a man is walking up from the way Im heading and says "Indian spirits are in those rocks" and i kept looking at them as the man continued on his way. Very strange, and I still remember. Any natives able to fill me in on this?

Well, let’s be honest, even telling the truth can get you labeled crazy! I have never lied about any of my encounters with the paranormal. Never lied about a gift of seeing past, present or future events! I don’t always choose what I get shown, sometimes I show a brief interest in a brief glance at a picture. I don’t get to choose. Sometimes I remember things from the past viewing and can honestly affirm or deny other people’s actions. I don’t lie about it, still it is what it is! You see sometimes it will revolve around one person. An example would be Mary Jeanette Kelly! A ripper victim. Cleopatra and a portion of her life. Marie Antoinette a portion of her life. The man who Tarzan was based on! There are others and I believe they felt that the truth should be heard. Good or assumed bad, I love them ALL. Good day!

Over population and too many stupid people going are the main causes of any abnormalities and deaths. Yoshmite is one of the easiest forest like areas not to die, but also the most popular destinations. I like the spin you have on it. Good oddities nonetheless. Oh and murderous people thats another issue at times. Whats worse is the crazy amount of people hiking on the John trail which was once a small community of ultralight thu hikers, now stuck to a lotto system...HORRIFIC!

I have a friend too questions my sanity when I tell her of a new story I heard that I believe (not all stories but many). I think it's called cognitive denial. People know these creatures could exist but it's too frightening for them to believe it. Their fears would be running rampant. And there's way too much of that in the world right now.

I have always been a skeptic when it comes to anything supernatural, but I was wrong, I’m going to put my experience from this month here… if anyone has experienced anything similar leave a comment because I seriously don’t know what to make of what I saw… I was working in my raised beds garden, my mom and aunt were working in other parts of the yard, anyway I was planting when something went by very fast in my peripheral, I immediacy looked up nothing/nobody was there and though it seemed strange I brushed it off and got back to digging, maybe 15 minutes later this happened again only the “thing” that went by seemed larger.. immediately I yelled for my son to “slow down” looking around nothing is there and I remembered my son was still at his paternal grandmother’s. This time I felt sure there was something, but pushed the thought from my mind and went inside for a drink of cold water, I told myself it’s the heat.. my mind playing tricks on me. That night I sat outside with solar lamps In the garden, for the first time I felt uneasy and went inside for bed. The next day I went to pick up my son, there was a gorgeous Pink Super moon perfectly visible before dark at 9pm… I live in KY.. I took some photos and my MIL told me they called it a Strawberry Moon when she was a kid, we head home and my son wanted to play Minecraft on Switch before bed, we were home just before dusk so I agreed and went outside to finish putting wire around the raised beds, I got to work quickly since I was running out of daylight, I had finished one bed when I stood to get more wire and I saw him… a tall slim man, he was older maybe early 70’s, wearing a solid uniform navy blue, a trucker hat, hands in his back pockets staring out at the lot we’d cleared behind the house, he wasn’t completely solid if that makes sense but not see through either. I never knew what it was for the hairs to stand up on the back of your neck until this moment, when the hairs pricked up I got a slight ringing in my ears at the same time, I was frozen, I closed my eyes for several seconds wanting it to go away and when I opened my eyes he was gone. After I felt weak, my hands went like wet dishrags all the strength left my body, I could barely get myself in the house and left the garden, my head felt like it was swimming every step sounded like when you’re underwater and you hear thumps. I took off work the next day, in the afternoon I decided I wasn’t going to cower in the house, and I resolved to finish the wire around the garden, after little more than an hour and no weirdness I felt so relieved, until my third trip up from the back to cut more wire… there he was again, same older man, same clothes, same everything and standing in the same spot in the same stance. For background information, my house is a remodeled farm house, the woman I bought it from grew up here in this house, she is nearing 70 and her paternal grandfather built the house, they had a tobacco patch, dairy farm, chickens, and goats, after her grandparents passed the house went to her dad and mom, and they left it to her.. she told me all of this when I purchased the house and she still lives nearby in a smaller home. From Friday June 10th until June 14th myself, my mother and aunt had been clearing the back acre of weeds and saplings, I dug up tons of very old RC Cola bottles, medicine bottles, Bitters, and Tonic bottles, also found some very old hand tools, tobacco hooks, and farming tools from the area where the old Tobacco Barn had stood. I brought up the pink moon because in my search to make it make sense, I came across some articles online about full moons being a time when some believe supernatural events are more likely to occur. I should also say I didn’t feel threatened by this presence, it wasn’t foreboding I felt, more shocking and extremely confused. Has anyone else had a similar encounter or event, I’m curious to know, because I never have and I feel at a loss to reconcile this in my mind, I want answers but I was there and I can’t explain other than to recount what occurred.
