very good video, you can basically do the same with having units from your allies, friends stationed at the base. they don't even have to attack the base, just be in range of the stinger skill. and at the end it's all luck on where the skill hits

The pre-charge in the video refers to the unit shot. i think you mean officer skill charge, that doesn't work with bases for a while now (wonder how effective that would be with futurus and Eye available)
