Hi, so looks easy to do 👍🏼…but am I right to say you can’t change to miles? I am in the UK so need miles…

You have to write in km but it will show in miles if your dash is set to miles

Can you load (open) an existing file in the program? That way you would have to enter all the old service data only once, after you saved it on the pc.

You write the service history, save file on the computer, after that load the file and write on the car. The file that you saved you can edit with the new service and wite ro the car after every service. Basically, you just add the last service on the file that you saved

Hi everbody. I really need your help guys! OFCOURSE i did the service history "update" and now my entire menu point service history vanished. (Yes, I do have the small navigation screen/business NOT the professinal) Is there any solution for my problem now?

You need bimmercode or protool to select HU (head unit) advance mode and re-check or reactivate service history. You can use the search option for service history and after finding the option select aktiv or re-check depends on what software you use

Can we add new service without erasing old history entered ? I want to enter noew one onto previous real bmw history

With this method won't work, you have to write everything that you have and on top you can add the new service. Everything in one file and after that weit to car

Does this change your car mileage to kilometres? You said you had an American version in miles so had to convert but I notice your car mileage display is now km

This does not change from miles to km. I have an European software on the car that's why It shows in km.
