It looks like retaction settings need adjustments. Nozzle seems to leak at layer change.

I don't understand how that helps. If temp changing is the issue it warping at this wall is going to ruin the print also.

Hi, thank you for your comment. Your comment makes sense, but the closed wall creates a volume of hot hair that keeps the temperature inside it a bit higher than the surroundings, as a result, the wall itself is less likely to detach and subsequently also the prints gain a positive effect from this. This is a quick trick that can help reduce warping, but is not a definitive solution and the are other factors/parameters into play that should be addressed. For example, bed cohesion is the first and most important factor to correct. This depends on the z-offset, the type of bed, first layer temperature, and height. For example, another way to increase cohesion is the use of a brim, I use large brims when I have thin details with small contact points to the bed. If the print does not detach before is completed the warping if any is drastically reduced. I hope it helps

@@MiddleRoomWorkshop I understand all that. But if the outer wall warps blocking that air wouldn't it have the same odds of failing and causing the rest to fail.

Yes, if the wall fails than the print may also fail.

Hi, @mohistschool1003; thank you for your comment. I agree that it is quite an impressive machine but also out of reach for many. A fully enclosed machine generally produces better prints thanks to thermal environment control. Ciao

Sorry for this, but it's a useless advice. Still warps a lot and just a total waste of material. The filament still blend because of the low temperature. The only solution is to cover the whole printer to maintain a stable temperature, so the plastic doesn't bend too much. Doesn't matter if you put a shield, cuz the lower temperature already affect the first layers, and at the time the shield is higher, the damage is already done.

I can already see all of the bltouch users buying enclosures or doing this stuff because their z offset is too high

Hi, @jozo9212; thank you for your comment. That's a good point; definitely, something I should have mentioned. This is now a permanent solution but a quick one. Yet, with te z-offset right, you can still face warping problems with corners detaching, like in my case. There are several solutions for that, both from a design standpoint, like avoiding corners and adding fillets, from a slicing standpoint, using extra brim or anti-warp tabs (available in cura), playing with temperature, and hardware standpoint, like changing the bed type or replacing the bed if worn out. Ciao
