This really helped me because this is the same loom I bought. However, I wish I could have seen more clearly what you meant by tying in a "loose" knot. I tried several times to see, but I couldn't. I realized I interpreted it incorrectly, but I hope I understand now. Thanks for the help!

Thanks for this. Can you do a video to show us how to finish off a circular weave please?

I was lucky enough to see you at the Woolly Weekend in Dilham, so thank you for travelling all that way! I have warped up, and just realised...how do you detach the warp from the loom when you have woven your placemat/coaster? Do I need the warp threads to be quite slack, or do you just cut and then hope it stays together while you weave in the ends? Any advice or tips would be so great thank you, Hannah

Hello Hannah, we always enjoy the Woolly Weekend. If you've warped it up as in this video where the warps just go around the 'cogs' on the edge then the best way is to hemstitch around the circumference before you cut it off the frame. If instead of warping around the cogs you wrap all the way around the back of the loom then that gives you a longer end, and then you can cut that an weave it back in. Hope that helps.
