I'm hoping there will be a housing crisis so I can buy cheaply when I sell a few houses in 2025. As a backup plan, I've been thinking about purchasing stocks. What advice do you have for choosing the best buying time? On the one hand, I continue to read and see trading earnings of over $500k each week. On the other side, I keep hearing that the market is out of control and experiencing a dead cat bounce. Why does this happen?

You're not doing anything wrong; you simply lack the expertise necessary to make money in a bad market. In these difficult circumstances, only really skilled experts who were forced to witness the 2008 financial crisis could expect to generate a large wage.

In the current economic climate, a home is not the best investment. I've already sold my Boca Grande area home, but I want to invest roughly $200,000 in stocks since I've heard that even in challenging times, investors may turn a profit. Any excellent ideas for stocks?

The truth is that if you make the right picks, you could make killer riches very quickly, although such profit usually needs expertise, as in hedge funds or financial managers. I personally prefer the latter.

Many people minimise the importance of specialists until their own feelings burn them out. A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant boost to keep my business viable. I searched for a licenced financial advisor and found someone who did due diligence. This helped me raise my reserve, even with inflation, from $275k to approximately 850k so far.

I’m 53 and I have about $225k liquid in savings which I plan to put towards becoming a homeowner, but based on the current high prices on real estate, do you suggest I hold from buying and look at dividend paying stocks instead?

information is an investor's biggest ally! my best suggestion is to seek guidance from a well experienced advisor who can implement a personalized financial plan based on your goals & risk tolerance, make sure to do due diligence

Man you beat around the bush way too much. You repeat stuff like 10 times and at some point it gets annoying. For example in this video you asked the same question "why doesn't Warren buffet invest in real estate" like 10x until I lost the will to watch the second half of it. Try to be way more direct in your videos, this way you make them shorter, more concise and practical for your viewers. The content is good, just try to make it more direct!

Tell that to the hundreds of thousands of homeless! So yes, you can in fact live without a house - it certainly is not great, it certainly is not something you'd ever realistically want, but it is more than possible!
