Great story about the greatest thing known to mankind: compound interest A young boy went around his neighborhood one spring......he went to a lovely home....and met a man about cutting and maintaining his lawn over the summer......and the man asked....how much will you charge me......the boy replied....I have two payment options.....the man chuckled....and the boy replied.......Option number one is.....$100 a cut......the man replied...that is a little steep....what is the second option......the boy replied....Option number two is.....a penny doubled every day for 30 days......the man smiled and said......I like option number two.....how about I pay you now.....the boy replied....no thank you.....I'll be back at the end of the summer to collect.....so the man hired the boy and the boy left...... At the end of the summer......the boy went to the home and spoke to the man about settling up for the summer of lawn care......the man agreed and pulled out his wallet and started counting a couple of twenty dollar bills......and then the man paused and looked up at the boy and said....how much do I owe you?......the boy replied....we agreed on option number two....which was a penny doubled every day for thirty days.....correct? and the man shook his head yes... so the boy replied.....you owe me $5,368,709.12........................ Haha! We actually just covered this in our private group. Definitely would have a negative impact on Apple if tariffs were to go through but nothing that would concern me as a shareholder!

@@beaviswealth Interesting.. And how about the news on Microsoft passing Apples market cap? I think Both are great companies and hold a small position in both. Microsoft currently being my larger holding by about 60% Mostly because MSFT is cheaper.

When buffet says be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful I don't think he means sell at the top and buy at the bottom. He means when stocks crash buy and hold your position at the top.
