That is just insane. The contractors should be bending over backwards, competing for government contracts. But, it's all twisty-tailed around, as if the government, '"we the people", are subject to their terms. Eisenhower's warning (farewell speech in 1961 - "Military Industrial Complex") rings louder in my head every day.

she should also be on board for right to repair for every one. The argument she gives goes for all of us. We buy it we should be able to have the right to repair if we can.
