On Hawaii, they are using the red exterior of the coffee beans to produce a healthy juice for people to drink.[ Im sorry I can't recall the name]

They actually make a wine and tea from the red pulp here. Unfortunately I cut out some portions of the tour to keep the video from getting too long, I’m Sure you can get that here if you wanted it. 😁

Oh man, I wouldn’t have drank from the river. It’s in about 3 or 4 days that you’ll know if it was a mistake.

Lol 😂 it was about 10 days ago so I’m safe. It was very clean tasting. Your video of the polluted river did run through my thoughts however.

@@WarrenJulieTravel + here in East Tenn (smoky mountains) Drinking from the streams and source rivers is fine. The key is knowing what is upstream. p.s. thinking about moving to Cuenca.

Comparing Cuenca to East Tennessee, weather will be similar to April most of the year. My wife can wear a sundress one day and have to wear a sweater the next. The water in Cuenca is also clean enough to drink from the tap, although we normally use bottled water anyhow.

Sound advice! Even if the water there is really clean, there could be amoeba that locals are used to, but that could hurt your stomach if you're not from the place!
