The burn for sure. It has a higher pocket than the evo, bigger diamonds, and the top shooters are tighter than the evo. It has quite a bit of whip.

There's just a benefit for the kids starting out in the game. If you can fork up the $179 then you don't need to worry about the stringing or how/if it'll throw. You're getting a head that can already throw pretty well for an alright price. Yes there's the sk complete that's $150 which includes a head AND shaft, both are great. It's just that I think it comes down to a brand loyalty type thing when it comes to this head. The head is still so expensive because Warrior is still trying to develop it and get it perfect

I like this product and want to try it out, because it’s really difficult to get gear here in Mexico where we don’t have a retailers that manage lacrosse. Due to the expensive cost of shipping many of us have to stick with our gear for very long time. So if there is a product that can last you for long time and don’t have to constantly spend on expensive shipping cost, I’d like to recommend it. Hopefully this Warp heads las as long as you can begin saying that it was a good investment. I really like what warrior did. Simplify the gear is what some of us, who can’t get gear as easy as you guys, would really need, of course it’s expensive, but you are investing in good things, at least I hope the Burn Warp lives up to the expectations I have of it.

Just dye it like a normal head. Only issue is that you have to dye the warp part of it too.

I ordered mine off of an ebay auction for 40 dollars, head and shaft, brand new, just like the one in the video. I really like all my hand strung sticks, but i couldn't pass up the offer. $230 saved lol. I think the warps are for people who want to have a super consistant stick, not for noobs to the sport. People like Paul Rabil and Rob Pannel use them, and they are amazing at the game.

Tom, Gotta say I've been watching your channel for years now and I've gone back and watched most of your reviews and listened to your commentary on growing the game, the need to get more players involved at a lower price point, etc. This is the first time I've stopped one of your videos and walked away from the phone. Wow. This product is for you if 1. You've got a lot of money? 2. You have no interest in stringing? 3. You don't know anyone who is interested in stringing? So basically this is for you if you're not on a lacrosse team. This isn't the death of stringing, this is the opposite of what the sport needs. How many Boombah heads, and pieces of Laxroom mesh could you set kids up with for that? It's sad that we'll all have to take your reviews with a giant grain of salt from now on. :/

I don’t know what to tell you. A good product is a good product, and I like this product...simple as that. I suppose I could have lied and said I hate it, but I’m not sure what good that would do. Could potential customers forego this, buy a bunch of inexpensive stuff, and donate most of it, and use what they need? Sure, I guess, but this video isn’t about the health of lacrosse, and it’s growth. It’s about a product that I like a lot more than I thought I would. 100% honest opinion. Not much I can do if you disagree.

RedStarLacrosse Fair enough. Everyone's definitely got an opinion on this thing. Just never really understood this product. With all the money of New Balance behind them, hard for me to understand how this is innovative at all. With all of the growth of other companies, all the new heads, all of the new mesh types that lead to more craftsmanship and customization, this is the best product Warrior can come up with. Jon I get what you are saying but not every lacrosse player is interested in maintaining a stick or learning to string. Growing the game involves making it more accessible which the Warp is on the right path. Sure it costs more upfront but it makes jumping into the game easier. The price will come down as they dial in the production process, it's a very complicated system. Also they promote good form, I grew up playing with kids who had ratty mesh pockets from prestrung heads and were constantly borrowing other people's/coaches sticks. They never learned proper form and had to constantly tweak depending on what stick they were using. That is who the Warp is for. It's not for the team stringer.

Jon Compton Where I am from lacrosse is a growing game and there is a very minimal amount of stringers in the area. So this is a great option for lots of us. Personally I prefer a traditional string job but lots of the kids I coach in tyke, novice and peewee love them.
