Thank you for finally showing people how to do it. It’s not just putting your pelvic floor into the ground, there is so much more to it… some KZbinrs shouldn’t have a channel unless they know what they’re talking about. 😂🙌

is there a recommended amount of reps or sets I'm confused on if I'm supposed to hold the position or if this is a repetition exercise

I do them both ways. Sometimes I hold as much as I can. Sometimes I repeat, but I always stay on the position at least a second or two before repeating.

I hurt my back at work. I’m doing Physio for it. I’ve strained muscles 3rd layer down connecting to my spine. Small fibre tears. My back is very tight. My lower back is always hurting. What do you suggest to heal and strengthen my inner back muscles?
