@@abookwyrmdraws still, the amount of times i, you and many others have used refrences but still cant produce a "good" drawing !! but you used the references to great effect, (a skill thats easy to tell others to DO but takes a long ass time to be useful) your intuition for art is great and you managing to use refrences this effectively when i pressume you dont draw cats often is nothing short of impressive you deserve the credit😆😆

For a rough painting or draw, those cats looked sick! I love the pattern of Skipperface, Plumstream, and Quailpaw. Keep up the amazing art, I am I huge fan of the warrior series and the Wings of Fire series, so it’s nice to see someone else that knows those series well and draws the characters Beautifully.

oh yayyyy! Yeah I've found when I keep the messy sketch around through colors and lighting and only start covering it in the detail stage it helps me keep more expressiveness (I think... idk the paintings just turn out better when I do that!) I'm glad you like their little personalities too! This was such a guilty pleasure vid because I used to make up warriors oc's and stories for fun when I was younger

Your cats look great! I can kind of see a little bit of dragon in some of them (mostly in Ravenstar), though that could just be cat anatomy in general from your references. They have some resemblance to dragons in a weird way if it makes any sense. For example with Ravenstar, the shape of the body and the chest/belly area reminds me of the very similar shape in dragons. Though I mean nothing bad by that, I just found it interesting as a fellow artist who notices traces of dogs/wolves when I draw other creatures like cats or the occasional dragon and whatnot. For me it's in the anatomy and the way I pose them, maybe a bit in the personality too. But yeah, just wanted to say that Duskclan looks awesome, and your anatomy looks great! This was the first video I've seen of your channel, and I really like it. You sound like a very fun person! I hope you have a great day :)

On average they took about 45 min each! Probably slower in the beginning and then getting faster as I got used to drawing cats. and thank you!!

I use procreate! For these guys I used the flat brush and an edited version of the gouache brush for painting. I think I mentioned the settings for my edited brushes in the QnA video, but I should probably mention them again in a video

looks like another person has confused pseudo-tabby with pseudo-cinnamon/lh /nm pseudo-tabby just means the cat is genetically solid, but shows stripes, think shorthaired smoke cats and gingers

I use the standard procreate flat brush for roughing in the colors and light and then I use an edited version of the gouache brush. It has intense blending, max flow, 70% dilution, 25% charge, 50% attack 80% pull. I think those are all the settings I changed
