I like how Hayabusa, Benkei, and Zuo Ci appear and practically solo the map while you’re busy dealing with opening doors. The first time playing this level was awesome because you could see their little friendly marker on the map start surrounded in the corner and then make its way to the enemy leader’s camp. By the time I got there the first time playing, I rounded the corner to enter and just see Ryu Izuna drop the boss while the other two wreck shop. Hands down the most impressive moment from a musou ally.

Ryu Hayabusa MUST be a DLC in Super Smash bros Ultimate. the Ninja Gaiden trilogy on the NES is a classic, like the Castlevania trilogy. As a character, he is so iconic, being the protagonist AND a playable character in Dead or Alive. IMO, he is the last iconic hero from the NES era who isn't in the game. And this music must play in his reveal trailer

If Hayabusa is a dlc character in ultimate, this NEEDS to be the song he comes out to. I can already picture it in my head: Setting: Sky City Tokyo Scenario: Incineroar, Wario and Bowser are all beating up the other ninja characters in the game in Greninja and Shiek. You see a silhouette standing atop a building with its arms folded and a scarf blows in the wind. The 3 bad guys are all posing and mocking the fallen ninjas. Just then, 4 ninja stars rain down, narrowly missing them, then the figure jumps down and says "such selfish arrogance...I cannot allow this!" then the silhouette lifts and this theme starts up with the tagline: Hayabusa makes the cut!

Slowly but surely, he starts to be overwhelmed, until, as Samus prepares another kick... Two hands catch her leg, and Samus gets kicked instead by an unidentified character wearing white leggings. Being sent flying back, the bounty hunter slides across the ground and looks up at the offscreen attacker. Hayabusa is also seen crossing his arms, as the scene shows a woman with brown hair tied in a ponytail wearing a blue gi embroided with a golden Japanese symbol on the back. "It seems I have no choice but to fight..." As she says this, the camera pans up to her face as she brings her hand up to her chest. *Kasumi feels alive!* (Because I have gotten questioned about this idea before, here are some reasons for wanting this/thinking this would be a good idea: -It'd be the best way to represent the two series' that Hayabusa plays a major role in. -Even though she'd still be an echo, she has potential to have some unique moves (similar to how Chrom has Ike up-b) such as a hold as her down-b or Oboro-Gake (her running throw) as side-b -We still don't have a 3D Fighter rep playable in Smash And since this fact isn't widely known, before you say "echoes must be from the same series," both Ninja Gaiden and DOA are in the exact same universe, just at different parts of the timeline, so I think it'd still work. Edit:Because of the recent "Smash is for good boys and girls" stuff, they'd probably have to go with either her DOA6 default or her Ninja Gaiden 3 armor

Considering that Hayabusa is the last OG NES rep NOT in Ultimate and how Koei Tecmo has supported Nintendo for ages, (DOA: Dimensions on 3DS, same for Ninja Gaiden 1,2 & 3 on 3DS, and the Samus and Ridley cameos in Dimensions, and the spirit events for Ultimate and the fact that they developed all of the Hyrule Warriors games,) I feel like he's one of the three remaining slots, especially since apparently, the talks between Nintendo and Koei haven't fallen apart from what we heard.

I agree with this statement. When Ryu appeared in the game and his theme started I was like "Awwww yeah, shit just got real." Lu Bu is also VASTLY understated in Warriors Orochi 3, but he still owns in groups. Ryu is just a monster though. I have him at Lvl. 99 with Wind +10, Slay +10, Bolt +10, Agility +10, Reach +10, Brilliance, Echo, and Typhoon. No one touches him except archers or riflemen even on Chaos.

Well I know loads of Ryu's sword. Nobody else can wield it besides Ryu, and his father due to the dragon blood in their veins, the sword obliterates anyone whom lacks the power, and is unworthy of holding it, and when combined with the eye of the dragon the power becomes so great it disrupts the balance of the entire universe itself..The sword is also unbreakable xP

It is in this game. Ryu is literally the only ninja that can't double jump in the whole game out of all the ninjas. How that isn't a mistake in this game, where pretty much anything goes, is beyond answering.

I remember back in they day when Warriors Orochi 3 is announced I was so excited because also of many guest characters like ryu 😂. I can't afford a PS3 before and KZbin is the only way for me to know the story. But now I have my own PS4 and played this game. Good Old Times
