Another great video Will. Loving the first Japanese layout ... having visiting Japan late last year, it brings back so many memories. Lawson convenience stores, the sound of the level crossings and the eclectic rolling stock. Love it!

Minami Chuo Tetsudo is my layout. I built it over 2020 and 2021 as a "lockdown project" and hope to have it at more exhibitions in the future. Its been at Stawell in 2022 and Warrnambool in 2023 and 2024.

Nice video Will. Good selection of layouts at the exhibition. And the Slate Valley Tourist Railway 00-9 layout is a work of art. Hopefully it's at more exhibitions.

Sadly I missed this year's show. I've never seen a goods train on the Warrnambool line, let alone one with a DPU .

This was on the mainline to Adelaide! Warrnambool sees weekly freight however, but it usually runs at night!

Good coverage of this event, should "whet" peoples enthusiasm to "get modelling"!...BUT......where is Gauge "O" in all this? In Europe Gauge "O" is always featured as well as Gauga "1" .? Many people in Australia still model and enjoy gauge "O" ...just go to the AMRA Mortdale Clubrooms and you will see a huge layout devoted to Gauge "O"....some 6o years old and still running. Let us embrace all scales to people can find their "Nirvana" !........ Regards Chris Smith NSW Australia..
