yeah... I met a Kawachi in the enemy team few weeks ago while I was driving my Nagato in a T7 match I asked his div mate about this and the div mate said he want to try this out And in the end that Kawachi did nothing in the match(he didn't die though) (I had also asked the div mate why don't he stop it he said the Kawachi is div leader I can't stop him lol)

i saw a video by notser or ichase who used a Umikaze (with 5pt capt skills and full stealth build) in a T10 match. he sank a montana and did a lot of other damage. if you know what you are doing, being a fail division might not be a bad thing. ;)

umikaze is good because it have concealment(5 km i think) wyoming and st louis have a >10km detection range so useless

Tirpitz is a ship you'll want to get after you played enough high tier BB games, if you're a tier 5 BB player and skip straight to Tier 8, you're in for a really bad time. Kirishima? Sure, why not?
