What really got me was the whispering lady. Its random with long periods of silence. Wondering what she keeps repeating.

Whispering ladies. The part I think I recognized was where they mention two Russian cities - Orenburg and Samara. One said Orenburg - Samara good, another Samara - Orenburg medium.

Nice , thanks for that ! while they repeat that I occasionally hear a male voice. Then long pauses before it starts again. I have more audio from these signals I will upload soon.
