it's just a massive grind of astral clicking if you are not high VIP or worst case exchanging by points

Do you know whether this is available to all players or only 80+?

I think as long as your level is high enough to get astrals and have a lvl 10 red astral to elevate, you're good to go.

that it insane !!! Omg now all people will up penetration talent to lvl 10 and it will break all shield and def insane insane !!!

hope the new patch it balanced coz with thet 2 astrals and halidon and artifact with penetration stats more talent am sure the penetration can arrive to 110k with smelt lvl 25 of course with new astrals value lvl 10 and talent lvl 10
