Rylai's second after Nashor could be interesting, still get the hp you wanted from liandry, but the slow would help you not get kited out in games really well. Plus if the goal is the Q one shot, liandrys dot effect maybe be a tad redundant.

Try Orianna Jungle please! Go AS/onhit to theme with her passive - Nashors/Kraken/Rageblade. Her ball can scout the enemy jungle or prevent some nasty invades or surprises - her W gives herself some crazy mobility or area control. E just simply gives you some survivability. And Ult is just ori ult - you can never go wrong with a 2-5 person ori ult.

I think if a duo goes 5 active slow items plus rylai and cosmic insight on like a thresh/tf duo, you can permanently trap an enemy champion 😂. Maybe you need non damage stuns like veigar.

I think predator is good if you like to roam cause your ult range increase with movement speed so with 2nd and predator you could set up ganks on top and bottom lane🤔

If you hold Q while in ulti, you will follow right after....also if you show a rune page for dark harvest, don't play predator :D Also you're mainly working on your Q oneshot, lichbane, then stormsurge, deathcap and then shadowflame will do the most burst....I think from there anything will work, Liyandry's, Void staff, Malignance Nashor's tooth works very good when you're playing AP bruiser, like you did Nashor, into Liyandry, to Riftmaker
