Hi Danny, thank you so much for taking the time to view my videos and for your really nice comments. With the scratchbuild I just wanted to create something different that is unique to my layout. Hopefully for the next update the station will have progressed from its current state. Javelin actually stopped during filming, I hope its only dirty wheels that were the issue. All the best David

I love your little scenes. They each tell a story which I'm sure you loose yourself in while building and we loose ourselves in while looking at it. Ex: car dealership . I can hear the salesman give his pitch. Talking me into a car I can't really afford.🥴

Thank you Bob for your kind comments. I must admit that I really enjoy modelling the little scenes and with the latest 3d printed figures and items from Scale model scenery it is so much fun adding super detail to each of the scenes. Yes the salesman is trying to talk you into buying an £85,000 Range Rover. All the best David

Hi David- I very much enjoyed the update and it is moving on nicely . The scratch building flats will fit in nicely and I do like all the extra details you have put in . Weathering is something I need to get around to and I like what you have done on the Network Rail wagons I too dont like it too heavy . Looking forward to what comes next . Cheers Kev

Hi Kev, thank you so much for taking the time to view the video and thank you for the very nice comments. The flats are in 2 pieces and I am well on the way to finishing part 1 just a few details to add, gutters, facia boards etc. My next weathering project will be my Bachmann hopper wagons again with a brush until I am confident to use a spray gun. All the best David

Hi David, not seen your layout before which I am surprised at. I wonder how many are hiding in KZbin I am yet to find? You comment about the air brush made me smile as I know that feeling well, it's a fine line between just enough and to much weathering. The station area looked good hiding the wood beam and doing some and keep coming back is definitely the way to go. I found I spent a lot of time looking at my local surroundings to see how bushes grow when I was doing mine and I keep changing bits even now. Have you done a video on the track plan? One thing that did scream at me was the HST. The two coaches with the green doors at one end sit with the green door next to the power car. These doors are not slide open ones and are for the guards use only. I have subscribed as I think this could be interesting to see it develop.

Thank you for taking the time to view the video and subscribing. It is amazing how many superb layouts are out there on KZbin. Thank you for your feedback, I agree that doing some, leaving it and then coming back is the best way for me to tackle scenery, scratch building and weathering. Thank you very much for the explanation regarding the HST coaches, next time I am in the loft I will change the coaches accordingly. All the best David

Layout is coming along nicely 👍 Do you happen to remember what make/where you got the purple buddleia plants/bushes?
@warwickroadmodelrailway3 жыл бұрын
Thank you. Purple buddle came from ebay seller named Tajima1.
