Guys i found a fix MAKE SURE AVX IS ENABLED INSIDE BIOS!!! This fixed my problem i tryed all other fixes this was my issue because bios disabled it itself lol

sorry this is a stupid question but at 4:03 after I verified integrity of game files I hit backup files. Wondering where that goes to? I uninstalled the game because this method didn't work for me & I'm hoping I dont have an extra 21 GB of cod backup files that I cant find or use. I'd appreciate any help!

no, avx has an intel emulator, on my pc for example, configuring the pirated NBA 2k21 game correctly, not the original one because there is no way to change the original steam executable, (not that I know of at least) it runs 100% . AVX is not a limiting factor even in games fps, however heavy a 6 core with 16 trheads at 4ghz is as my processor is not limited by avx crap.
