Same thing happened to Victorian paramedics, those who did not have the vaccinations by a given date were no longer employed, approximately 12 months ago some of them were re-employed without being vaccinated. Yet it a legal right to deny medical treatment.

Directive OR mandated requirements. Mandated requirements are unlawful in court unless BOTH parties agree with the details. Thats why QLD Supreme Court recently had to legally confirm that the mandates were illegal, otherwise the supreme courts would have needed to be dismissed.

I was one of those NSW police officers. I'd done 7 years and at the time was off work seeking assistance for job induced PTSD. I was still sacked under 181D despite not being in the workplace, and AFTER I'd finally made the decision to medically discharge add the doctors were not confident that a return would be good for me. I'd just like to correct your information also, there had been 55 dismissals of sworn officers at the time of your information, I don't know the exact number but I'm confident it's more than that, and that number does not count the unsworn staff that were also dismissed. Also it was nothing to do with commissioner Fuller, he was out before the savings took place. This debacle was the baby of Web'o'Lies
