Hey Corie. This may sound odd but check this out. I had a series of events that used to cause me a lot of drama and I didn't feed that side, well very little 😅. When I found this video I had no sound. Everything on my end okay and I went to another video (Gregg Braden about holding onto the heart energy more than the mind to let go of the past trauma and fill up with love).
