Your aim was fine. There’s a problem with the muzzleloader shooting to the right at longer distances. Take it to the range and you’ll see for yourself

Yeah on the New England map at 200 or so meters I was aiming at a moose in the lungs it ended up in its liver and stomach

I've tracked a wolf that I spotted was a 9 legendary egg white for 12.48km I did not have zeroing perk yet so I was permanently zeroed to 150m and the wolf was at 298.7m and I tracked it till I got in range but a different pack was tracking me and attacked so I lost the legendary wolf but got a gold egg white wolf in the end this happened before the update that made snow colored wolves rare in this game but it happened on Yukon valley

The caplock muzzleloader has a bug where it shoots right. If you take it to the range on hirsch, it shoots almost 2 feet to the right at 300 meters. It shoots almost 1 foot right at 150 meters.

Isn’t the cap lock a black powder rifle? It’d be accurate that they pull left, right, up or down because they were not nearly as accurate as guns nowadays. Even during American civil war times they would still do firing lines for accuracy

The devs don't base ballistics off of IRL otherwise the 338 would drop almost anything in its tracks. It's a known bug that it shoots way right

I have noticed since the power weapon pack came out the bears don't do the stand up glitch anymore. Much better for the GO grind.

I once tracked a level 5 giant bighorn ram for literal hours. His track criss-crossed all over until he was beyond the map boundaries. I couldn't find his drink zone anywhere near where I saw him. Eventually I discovered what I thought was his rest zone, but I wasn't sure if it was actually him since I couldn't spot him through the brush. After numerous failed attempts of trying to sneakily approach him, I finally got eyes on him and he was indeed the level 5 bighorn. He ended up scoring diamond at 172.50. Who knew a sheep would give me my greatest challenge in Call of The Wild? 😂
