I loved this presentation...a lot of really good info...I have found well-insulated non commercial top bar hives which of course are not sexy because of industry, but offer more to the backyard beekeeper, to experience many of the advantages but none of the drawbacks discussed in this presentation.

I wish more people would use this method also if you take black tap to lll on one side of the insulation board and it will stop them chewing
