As a dental Assistant I found her remarks very rude and insensitive. We are to give dignity to our patients and be a positive force for dental health. And cosmetic issues do not reflex dental health per se. We all age and we need to redo work that was once done. Also as a dental assistant it is very evident she was NOT a dental assist of any note because she does not even use proper terminology. She should stop laughing. Its NOT funny.
