The only bad thing about the prelude was how short it was and the fact you couldn't spend vc. OBVIOUSLY its gonna feel slow with a 55 overall with no badges. The full game will be good.

who cares about balance in an offline mode? you can still have mypark with the archetype system while having offline mycareer

Xplosive - Contact In a mode where you're only competing with AI, you want your player to be able to do everything. You want to dominate every facet of the game. Plus, they did put limits on certain attributes once you picked your archetype. If I was a 5'10" pg, I would be limited on my dunking, contact layups, and strength. They had a good thing going. MyCareer should be completely separate from TheirStory, unless you choose to play online.

I absolutely adored the 2k17 prelude. It made me super hyped to play the real game. Unfortunately..2k18 did the opposite for me. As soon as I started playing I was cringing. The graphics seem much worse, the shot meter makes me wanna kill myself, there are glitches, it's corny af, the list goes on. I didn't even get thru the first game before turning off my system. I'm just hoping that the full game will fix the glitches and offer more options for the MyPlayer. Let's just hope.
