Was Need For Speed Undercover REALLY that AWFUL?

After my Review on NFS Most Wanted 2005, I wanted to play more old NFS games that I haven't played yet. I had 3 in my list: Hot Pursuit 2, Prostreet and Undercover. So I had to go with Undercover. Ironically, jumping from possibly the best game in the series, to possibly the worst game in the series. What could possibly go wrong?
So heres a review on Need For Speed Undercover. Is it reallythat AWFUL? Or is it actually an underappreciated gem?

Given the crunch and release limits of EA, Black Box was better off just adding small features and content based on the previous games. Carbon gets too off already in style and gameplay. ProStreet's control lag and in my opinion wrong title did it bad. Should have been Autofest, or anything, staying away from "professional" and "street", since no such thing is in the game. Most Wanted is maybe the only racer with rather bad controls that I love. Even now I would absolutely enjoy content-only sequels to HP2, U1 and U2.

Awesome review and yes when i play this game was really sometimes a pain and when i see some mods for this game a remastered version guess who win the race AI cars win the race not even i try to beat that AI not even with bugatti i cant win that race and i dont know when i found that mod i dont know why that person or who make that mod to make the AI win the race and not you or me like a player

One of these games had awful 2006 piss filters😂 I remember shortly playing this game on my Xbox 360 and returning this game at my local game shop… The PS3 version was god awful… This game had rubberband that I did understand to begin with… This game was the version of NFS carbon… The soundtrack was pretty good, but the game didn’t hold up as well, that was on EA’s part for making dem work on it for six months 😂… This game also looks like being greedy in the mid 2000s to early 2010s

9:45 You can easily damage and disable cop cars when using speed breaker similarly to most wanted but in undercover it is way more visible. Also is it just me or cop car selection in undercover seems random. On the beginning of the game game uses sometimes different pursuit cars but after finishing like 3/4 of the story regardless of heat level I got chased by federal units and SUVs. Also cost to state is actually bit easier the cop take outs from my experience since you can complete them by damaging traffic cars signs etc while in cooldown trying to find any cop cars.

I like undercover more than I like burnout paradise it's basically the same thing except it has cops paradise does not have cops so it's no fun

Putting Burnout Paradise below Undercover imo makes little to no sense since Paradise was and still is an incredible game, but you have your reason Be careful though, some people may get mad at your comment

This game was so bad that I played it for exactly 3 minutes…I took the disk out the console and I snapped the disk into a bunch of pieces. Game is so bad
