The photo was approved by PW and Palace staff the six international news agencies "Standards" allow minor edits but not the truth of what the image is seeking to convey. This is not the first time but the difference is it's not like when Prince Louis had six fingers in their Christmas shot that passed all the agencies as it was considered a minor edit. The palace's credibility is seriously in question now.
