31:21 I'm shocked Rob. The point of the final scene where Ziegler explains she died of an overdose is an obvious lie to cover up what they did to her. The point of her character is that she gives herself up to save Bill's life.

I feel like everyone's ignoring the most interesting possibility out of all of these: Think about it. Stanley Kubrick was a major filmmaker, world-renowed and admired by everyone....and yet he constantly tackled subjects that were (and still are) deemed controversial and potentially dangerous. I mean, you have: -Lolita, a film that condemns pedophilia and as Mr. Ager has already stated implies that things like these happen in Hollywood as well -Dr. Strangelove, where he mocked and exposed some major government secrets, like the fact that the US government had hired Nazi scientists to work for them after WW2, something that was still a secret at the time and that bizzarily enough I rarely see addressed when talking about the film -A Clockwork Orange, a film about government mind control experiments decades before the whole MK Ultra decable was even put into public consciousness -Full Metal Jacket, a critique of the brainwashing war machine that is the military And of course Eyes Wide Shut Now, my point is, this director had been making films about things that are supposedly high level government secrets decades before they were even ackowledged as conspiracy theories, he should've been assassinated 10 times over for exposong these secrets, and that leads me to one possibility that I haven't seen explored before: What if he was one of "them"? What if Stanley Kubrick was nothing but a pawn of the US government or whoever's in charge of these operations and they got him to "expose" exactly what they wanted him to expose? After all we know so little about his life, everything about it (including his death) is shrouded in so much darkness and ambiguity, all we know is that he spent a good portion of it making highly provocative and supposedly exposing films and barely got a slap in the wrist for it (at leats when compared to being threatened or even murdered) I mean, imagine if the government (any government really, they're all just as ruthless when it comes to protecting their interests) had some sort of secret that they absolutely didn't want to get out....and you, as a director, made a movie about it. You'd be dead in a matter of days lmao And yet, this guy made a career out of it for decades and everyine was just fine with it. Very fishy.

Sure, I've heard the theory before that he was "one of them". I forgot to put that one in the vid actually, though it doesn't relate to his death. The problem is ... there's no evidence for it. When I was researching Dr Strangelove I found that all the info he needed to understand all those details about the cold war were already public. The CW think tank groups were publishing their views and strategies, even the enemy was able to read them and adopt the same strategies. It was so farcical and Kubrick included that in his movie. With secret societies too, you can find out tons of stuff without being a member. I can tell you details about masonic initiations that were told to me by several former members whose stories matched up (these are people I've met and known in person, not online anonymous claimants). I even learned from these ex-members what some of their meeting venues are here in Liverpool. not just Masons, but organizations like Common Purpose. Kubrick was a good researcher with a lot of money, he was smart enough to figure things out without joining.

The Scientology angle is possible motive, added to the fact that Kubrick, a world-famous filmmaker, was making a film about someone exposing a cult and he now had an axe to grind against a real-life one. The Larry Celona thing is mind-blowing, talk about hiding in plain sight (eyes wide shut? Is Larry Celona's brother called Sylvester? I think Kubrick's dog Roswell bumped him off myself. From the grassy knoll, obviously.) What works against the conspiracy is that Kubrick was 70 years old, not in great health and pretty much a recluse by then who would be hard to get to. We'll probably never know the truth, but it is interesting to toss the conspiracy salad now and then and see what shakes loose. As Philip K. Dick once said: "Just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they're not out to get you." (I hope they don't come for you too Rob for shining a light on the conspiracy and use your willing suicide statement in this video as a cover story. Just saying. It was once said that pop would eat itself, the conspiracy community is a snake swallowing its own tail. Viddy well!).

It would be interesting for a journalist to do some investigative work and find out who were the largest shareholders in Warner Brothers Discovery, Inc. at the time of Kubrick's death. They tend to have a direct line to the executice offices and an outsized amount of influence over corporate firing decisions, above and beyond voting on proposals.

My view is Kubrick made his movies for three different sorts of people. He understood his audience and was wise enough to understand his viewers would fit into one of three categories: those that understand the bigger picture he was illustrating, those that pick up a few things here and there but have minimal understanding of his work, and those that are simply watching his movies to be entertained for a few hours. In that way, those who are examining his death are the same. Some grasp the bigger picture and its significance, some pick up a few pertinent details but miss the bigger picture, and others simply look at it as an old, sickly man passing away.

You must be aware that the scene with the Marie Richardson / the grieving daughter character was already shot with Jennifer Jason Leigh and then subsequently reshot: AI quote: Jennifer Jason Leigh was originally cast in Eyes Wide Shut (1999) as Marion Nathanson, the daughter of the deceased patient at the beginning of the film. She even filmed her scenes, but due to scheduling conflicts with Existenz (1999), director Stanley Kubrick had to recast her role. Marie Richardson replaced her, and the scenes were reshot. Leigh later expressed regret over missing the opportunity to be part of Kubrick’s final film but acknowledged that the situation was beyond her control.

Cpunterargument to point number one by theorists would be that they believe I'm karmic retribution, meaning they have to show us what they are doing to absolve them of karmic debt, and that is why they would allow it. Translations of some of the billboards from Full Metal Jacket would suggest so. Eyes Wide Shut is no exposè of a particular group. I would add that facts that render ridiculous to some may to others stand as a beacon that the work of those who deal with this world in a particular fashion were left on display permanently. Anyone interested in power and control may enjoy reading Shadow Men by Dr. Anthony Napoleon PhD. The author is writing from life experience. One thing that stuck with me from the book. There are people in positions of power today who are so "satanic" they would rather eat human feices than a bowl of healthy salad. Funny and terrifying, albiet true.

Also the 1984 similarities make it more than resonant in this context of contemporaneous moment in history.

@@armandoguerra7658 Once again you assume an advance parallel in fiction can be nothing other than part of the conspiracy. A lot of the time people see things coming because the clues are there and public in advance. I see a lot of things coming myself because i don't just get my info from the media or forums. I read think tanks and policy documents which often explicitly outline things that parts of the establishment want to do in the future. So if I give you warning about it doesn't mean I'm trying to "predictive program" you. Ironically, your belief closes you off to positive messages from peoiple trying to help you, you end up viewing them as your overlords. It's a very disempowering world view.

@@collativelearning if it was a “warning” or a way to convey information to be prepared and “prevent it” as you try to put it, the outcome leaves much to be desired. Nothing was prevented, it ended even worse than what appeared in the movie, no “hero” tried to do jack to prevent it or fix it after the fact, and those who didn’t follow the script were severely punished. The proof is in the pudding, if you think those who rule over us want our best, or have interest in anything other that their own gain and control of power, you are being the perfect instrument to dissipate any proof that may take them out of that comfort zone of absolute power without any responsibility. I am not a cynic nor a pessimist, but I can’t stand here and dismiss all the proof that points to the worst of the worst of us in this world, reaching the highest ranks of everything that has a direct impact in all of our lives, in the present, and the future.
